We were able to snag this property very close to New Years and I am so glad we did. It was clean and up to date and, on top of that, was extremely reasonable. It wasn't downtown Saugatuck but so what? Rob told us of some fireworks that we could watch at the end of the road, adding a special touch to our New Years Eve celetration. I would highly recommend this location for a nice little getaway- winter or summer, since it's very close to Oval Beach.

the condo was great. previously have stayed at motels. saved money by eating breakfast and one other meal of the day at condo. enjoyed south haven as well as douglas and saugatuck.

The condo is in a great location...out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything! The place was very clean and Rob was very helpful in answering our questions and offering recommendations. The boys had a great time on their fishing charter. The shopping in Douglas and Saugatuck was great. Sunsets at Oval Beach are beautiful. We would certainly come back again. Thank you!!

This condo is really well-located, it was an easy walk to Douglas beach and then on to Oval Beach (maybe a mile?) and Mt. Baldhead. The beach is beautiful and very relaxing. Walking 3 blocks to Douglas was easy and we had several nice meals and enjoyed the social at the park - very nice community. We also cooked in the kitchen, everything we need was there. Thank you!!!

Clean and centrally located. We've been renting vacation rentals for five years now and this is by far the best. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything you might need for a pleasant stay. The pictures do not give it justice. STAY HERE you won't be disappointed.

My four sisters and I stayed in the condos for our yearly sister trip.This year we chose Saugatuck/Douglas area for our trip. I have stayed here before and knew what a perfect place it would be for us, private but close to all the fun things to do. We had to change the date of our trip once and Rob was very helpful and accomodating. The setting of the condo is quiet and restful and in a lovely area. The listing description and photos are very accurate. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and is well kept and very clean. Everything a vistor would need. A small grocery store is within blocks and very convenient to pick up the few groceries you may need. We enjoyed the fabulous and unique shopping in Douglas and Saugatuck. Many treasures were taken home. We also enjoyed the fine dining in Saugatuck and Douglas, especially the Mermaid Bar & Grill. Marros restaurant is another favorite of mine. I highly reccomend these condos to anyone looking for a warm home like place to stay in the Saugatuck/ Douglas area.Thanks for a wonderful stay!

perfect for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time in Douglas last September. The rental unit was clean, extremely well equipped (even dishwasher/laundry detergent was provided) and the owner brought us a travel crib for our baby boy so that we would not have to bring a pack&play along. The location is great as well, close to the beach and downtown Douglas. We will definitely return.

Every year we are in the position to drive from Louisville KY to Indian River MI. Our luck this year when we found this super clean condo that accepted our furry four legged children! The condo lives up to the pics with fantastic enclosed small yard & larger shared area. We felt welcome from our arrival. Hope to visit this or other properties with same owner. Thanks again!

The condo is very conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Douglas and a short drive to downtown Saugatuck and the beaches. Condo was well-maintained with a nice small backyard. Nice alternative to hotel. I wouldn't suggest staying there with more than 4 people in the party, however, as the unit is not that large.

Courtyard Condos are newer construction in a quiet section of Douglas Lake Shore.Nicely appointed and the deck off the kitchen is a great place for morning coffee.They are within walking distance to Douglas Village and the grocery store. The units are all on one level, no stairs. Great alternative to a motel unit.
