This 2 story 3,400 square foot mountain home is well located .8 miles from the Steamboat Springs Ski area. The home features a master bedroom with a king bed and a guest suite with a queen bed on the main floor; plus a large kitchen and adjacent dining area with table seating for 10. The 10' kitchen bar area has seating for 4 on unique western stools. The great room features a gas fireplace, 20' ceilings with tongue and groove finish and large windows facing part of the ski mountain. The powder bath is located on the main floor. The lower floor (ground level) has three bedrooms and a family room. The 3 bedrooms are as follows: the fly fishing themed room has one queen bed, the moose themed room has one double and one single bed; the western themed room has one bunk bed. The 8' hot tub offering fabulous views is located under the deck in the back of the lower level and is sheltered from rain and snow.
The interior finishes are warm and inviting with plenty of areas for gathering large or small groups.
