Beautiful Hilton Head Villa located in Palmetto Dunes. Everything is on one level making this an ideal property for families with small children or older adults. Patio is enlosed and private also adding making it kid or pet friendly. Queen's Grant has five swimming pools available for guest use. Beach access is easy.
If you prefer to walk or bike (bikes are included) it is about an 8 minute walk and an even quicker bike ride. You may drive to one of two beach access areas that feature ample parking and bathroom facilities. Dunes House beach access features a new beachfront restaurant and bar open from late Spring through Labor Day. Palmetto Dunes also provides free shuttle service to the beach from all properties.
Palmetto Dunes has three world class golf courses and wonderful tennis facilities. There is also an extensive lagoon system for kayaking and fishing. Don't miss the miles of biking and walking paths. Across the street is Shelter Cove (affiliated with Palmetto Dunes) with a full marina, and wonderful dining and shopping. Fireworks are featured weekly in the summer and there is usually entertainment.

My family vacationed in Hilton Head for years. We are so excited to finally have our own place here. Our children loved it when they were small and now that they are grown they love coming here and enjoying the hundreds of restaurants, the awesome beach and all of the sports activities.
Why the Owner Chose Queen's Grant
We looked at several beach properties but we loved what Palmetto Dunes offered. The golf and tennis is wonderful and the beach is one of the longest on the island. Queen's Grant is quiet and serene and is located right between the beach area and Shelter Cove making either the beach or the harbor just a quick bike ride away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We've tried to include everything you might need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Beach chairs and bikes are provided as are beach towels, games, books, etc.

My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Cathy's villa. The accomodations were definitely better than a hotel room. The villa had all the amenities listed and then some. We were a short walk or pleasant bike ride from the beach, and the bicycles provided really saved us some money. The lay-out of the villa afforded excellent privacy between the living area and the bedrooms. When my younger son and his wife stayed with us for a few days, they were equally impressed. The villa was clean, well-maintained, and Cathy was quick to answer all our questions. We took advantage of the many golf, shoppng and dining opportunities. We will certainly recommend this villa to friends and family.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

This is a very comfortable property. Nicely remodeled and Cathy has provided many conveniences that made our stay very comfortable. Great location, easy beach access and close to all Island activities. Cathy is great to work with and we look forward to staying here again.

It was a pleasure working with someone so nice as Cathy (the owner) to arrange rental of this condo. The condo is located in an excellent location in Palmetto Dunes. The back small fenced area is a great private area to be able to sit outside and still have privacy. The interior is decorated perfectly. No complaints. All praise. We hope to get to stay at this condo again in the near future. Thanks Cathy!
