Welcome to our peaceful pet friendly beach getaway with both ocean and marsh views! Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and is situated in the quite end of Folly Beach. Our home has great views of the ocean from the front deck. We are across the street from the beach. It is an easy walk (180 feet) to the beach walkover that is also accessible for handicap use.

The house backs to the marshland. From the back deck you can enjoy barbequing and sunsets while looking out to the marsh. There is also access to the marsh through the back fence. Take a break from the beach and spend an afternoon kayaking/canoeing, crabbing and/or wildlife viewing in the vast marshland.

Our home is clean and comfortable and suitable for families or groups. We are children and pet friendly (well behaved pets only please). The large, very well maintained fenced in back yard is suitable for your dog(s) or children to play.

Our home is simply, but nicely decorated and well equipped. This is a full service rental with nice linens, towels and all the supplies you need in the kitchen for your comfort.

The house has a lot of open living space and with vaulted ceilings throughout. Ceiling fans are in each room. Each room has large windows to let in the sun and ocean breeze. The family sized dining room is bright and sunny and is furnished with a large dining table to accommodate everyone in your party. We have a large a family style kitchen with another large table. The kitchen also has a bar with 3 bar stools.

The comfortable, sunny main living room has lots of windows and opens up to the front deck. The main room has a comfortable U-shaped couch, cable TV, DVD and stereo for entertaining.

The house has three bedrooms and two baths. Two bedrooms have queen beds and are off the back of the house. Both have doors that open up to the back deck. Both back bedrooms have great marsh views. The third bedroom has two twin beds and can be used as a kids room or for singles.

Outside amenities include a gas grill, outdoor shower, deck furniture and a picnic table.

High speed wireless internet is available for your use.
