Come and fall in love with the beautiful blue-green waters of the Florida Keys. It is a life-style like no other.

Built on a deep water canal in a very quiet neighborhood with easy Atlantic Ocean and Florida Bay access, this two story house has two fully furnished bedrooms and two full baths upstairs.

This inviting home has been newly decorated & painted, with granite counter tops and backsplash installed to accentuate the kitchen, which comes complete with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven range, microwave, and all the utensils you need to cook and feast on your “catch of the day”. A washer and dryer are tucked away in the hallway pantry and tile flooring is under your toes in the kitchen and living area, while wood floors are beneath your feet in the two bedrooms. Marble & tile bathrooms give a touch of elegance to this neat and tropically decorated interior living area. A wrap-around upper level porch offers a great view of sunrises and sunsets complete with warm ocean breezes, making this the perfect home for relaxing in the Keys.

Downstairs includes another lovely bedroom with a queen bed, tiled bathroom, & separate kitchen and living area. This house also boasts a spacious garage for storage of all your fishing, diving, and snorkeling gear.

Out on the 50 foot long dock we have plenty of room to stretch out and catch some sun, a few fish...or just jump in the warm water for a swim! A heavy duty boat lift, two PWC EZ docks, a fish cleaning station, BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower round out the exterior amenities.

We are conveniently located near restaurants, shops, movie theaters & grocery stores. All these amenities await you in Key Largo. Spend the day swimming with the dolphins, take a glass bottom boat ride or casino evening cruise, rent a kayak, canoe or paddle boat, take a trip to the family water park at the aquatic center or an eco tour through the Everglades, go on a world-renowned diving/snorkeling trip or feed the pelicans at the bird sanctuary. For the fisherman or woman there is some of the best offshore and back country fishing in the world!

The proximity to so many activities makes this a great vacation choice. These are just a few of the fun things to do within minutes of our house.

John Pennecamp Coral Reef State Park is virtually in our backyard and a few miles down the road is Harry Harris Park, where you can walk the beach, give the children a break in the playground, join a game at the sports field or enjoy lunch on a picnic table for a lazy afternoon of sun, sand, wine and cheese.

Key Largo is next to Florida Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, and less than an hour from Miami or just 90 minutes down US Highway 1 to Key West.

Everything you need is in the house so just bring a toothbrush and your swimsuit...& your laid back Florida Keys attitude!

  • We just had to express the wonderful two weeks we enjoyed this past July at your beautiful vacation home. Where do we begin? This house is on a very quiet street and the interior is well decorated. It is very clean and cozy, comes with all the conveniences, and has ample amount of natural light to make this home come alive. We trailered our waverunners down with us and the two floating docks out back made it very easy to come and go on them. When we weren't out on water, we just enjoyed the peace and quiet of this neighborhood with a few evenings out at the local restaurants. A great location and would highly recommend this home. It has all the ammmenities we wanted when we were looking for a great getaway home for our summer vacation. Again, thank you for making this a smooth and memorable experience for our family.
