This stunning beachfront accommodation is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. Bordered by the River Cuale on one side and beautiful Banderas Bay on the other, this premier Molino de Agua complex is centrally located in the middle of all the exciting things this coastal town has to offer.
The unit offers over 3,000 square feet of luxurious downtown living (eg.outdoor balconies, great entertaining areas, maid services, elevator access, laundry facilities, parking garage and 24-hour security service). The heated infinity pool is just steps away from the surf and sand. The pool area also offers lounge chairs, covered seating and gathering areas for complete poolside enjoyment.
Entry
As you enter our home you will be greeted by a sculpture called the Tree of Life that, along with the art and furniture, will give you a sense of Puerto Vallarta's culture, architecture and history. There is a closet that has a safe for your valuables, a cooler, plastic glasses and beach towels for your use at the infinity pool. We also have board games if you want to spend a leisurely night at home.
Terrace (over 500 sq. ft.)
Your eyes will then be drawn to the large exposure of sliding glass doors that open to our terrace, which is perfect for eliminating the stress in your life as you gaze out at the ocean and its magnificent view. This terrace has two lounge chairs, two additional seating chairs, a small dining table for four and a BBQ grill for your dining pleasure.
Living Area
As you turn back to unpack your belongings, you will see the living area that has a custom couch, love seat, two seating chairs, and a custom cabinet with a stereo for CD's, iPod and FM radio. There is a 42" flat screen TV with a DVD player and cable with both English and Spanish channels. Other features include a wireless connection and printer/scanner for your laptop.
1st Guest Bedroom
Directly across from the entryway is the first guest bedroom which has frosted sliding glass doors, a queen size pillow top mattress with 1,000 count linens, and an alarm clock with an iPod docking station. Across the hall there is also a bathroom with a full shower, hair dryer and plush bath towels.
2nd Guest Bedroom
As you walk down the short hallway you will see another guest bedroom to your left. It has its own bathroom with a double sink vanity, a full shower, hair dryer and plush bath towels. The bed features a queen size pillow top mattress with 1,000 count linens. There is also an alarm clock with an iPod docking station, custom furniture and a view of the mountains and city.
Master Bedroom
As you enter the doorway at the end of the hallway you will see a custom leather lounge chair big enough for two people and a king size bed with a pillow top mattress and 1,000 count linens. There is also an alarm clock with an iPod docking station, huge walk-in closet and a 42" flat screen TV, with DVD player and cable, which can be viewed from the lounge chair or from the king size bed. The master suite also has custom furniture. As you walk into the next room you will be greeted by a whirlpool tub that has views of the mountains and city. To your right is a full shower and to your left is a vanity with two sinks. This master bath is supplied with plush towels. The master bath also has sliding glass doors that go to a cozy balcony with a beautiful view of the city and mountains.
Laundry Room
Now that you are unpacked you may want to get familiar with the rest of your home. As you walk back down the hallway there is a laundry room on your left that includes a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board for your use.
Kitchen
Once you have looked over the laundry room, continue back down the hallway to the kitchen and you will see that it is just like home. It has a modern stove, oven and refrigerator, including a purifier for the water and icemaker. There is a phone in the kitchen to make local calls and another for the intercom system. There is a microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils, bake ware, cookware, napkins, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. Lastly, we have a margarita machine for your pleasure.
Dining Area
Finally you will enter the dining area that has a custom made hutch and a dining table that seats eight with a wonderful view of the ocean and Banderas Bay. Placemats and cloth napkins can be found in the hutch
Our home is air conditioned with thermostats in each room. We have a covered parking stall that is exclusively for your use. We have maid service three time per week (Saturday, Monday and Wednesday).
Lauriane, our representative, will meet you at the property to give you the keys and an introduction to the area. At your demand and for the corresponding cost, she can reserve a taxi, whose driver will wait for you at the airport.

We are from Wisconsin and currently live in Milwaukee. Terri, my wife, is the wice presiendet of a helth care system and I am the vice president of a construction company. We just felt in love with the Molino de Agua project and are happy to have invested in this great development. We cherish our condo and are sure you'll enjoy it too.
