Located on the 8th floor, our one bedroom, one and one half bathroom NEWLY RENOVATED direct gulf front condominium makes a perfect place for a family vacation, a girl's week away or a romantic getaway. Unit 802 Sundestin is complete with a King size bed in the master and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a rollaway twin bed sleeping 5 comfortably. Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen just in case you feel the urge to cook. Flat screen TVs in family room and master bedroom.
Open the sliding glass doors and venture out onto our private balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views of the emerald Gulf water, pristine white beaches and unbelievable sunrises and sunsets.
SunDestin Beach Resort is unmatched in facilities and guest services. The resort has two pools (heated indoor and outdoor), fitness center, steam room and sauna, Jacuzzi, massage therapy, on-site restaurant and tavern, tiki bar, arcade room, gift shop, umbrella and chair rentals, planned children activities (during summer months), and planned snow bird activities (during winter months). Not to mention the clearest, warmest, most pristine water to play or relax in. *DEWEY DESTINS is also a landmark destination for many years, has just newly relocated. Another fantastic dining experience on the harbor.
*SILVER SANDS FACTORY OUTLET MALL has every factory outlet store you have ever seen. From Coach to Nike to Polo to Off 5th, it is all here.
30-A is the area between Destin and PCB, take a scenic drive one afternoon and stop to enjoy the scenery and all the great restaurants. Don't miss George's, Red Door, Fish out of Water, and Bud and Alleys to name a few. Rent bikes in either Seaside or Rosemary Beach to take it all in.
*PIER PARK is the new Pier and Shopping in Eatery Complex completed on the west end of PCB. It is worth the drive, complete with Ron Jons Surf Shop and Jimmy Buffet's Margarittaville.
