This beautiful beachfront home is just 3 miles from Sequim on the Olympic Peninsula and has killer views and a large private yard. There are stunning water views - sit on the deck or in the yard and watch the boats go by or spot otters and bald eagles. Private stairs lead to the beach below for unlimited beachcombing. There is a fire ring in the yard and room to roam and play. The house is near the Olympic Discovery Trail where you can walk or bike ride and near many hiking trails. There is a downstairs rec room with fooseball, darts, and TV. and a great living / dining area for family gatherings.
