We stayed at this condo for 7 nights in April 2011. Overall, the stay was excellent as the condo was exactly as promised. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and convenient location in Bellevue, WA. When we arrived, the condo was very clean and ready for our arrival. We loved the fact that it was across the street from the Crossroads mall which provided some shopping and movie theater options. Access to the major highways was easy even though the condo was set back nicely from any major streets so it was super quiet. Anybody who may be looking for a great alternative to a hotel in the area wouldn't go wrong with this property. I highly recommend it to anybody looking for accommodations in the Bellevue area.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.
Recommend this beautiful little place to anyone traveling in the area.

We stayed here two weeks, sometimes four of us, mostly two of us. The condo is more adorable than the pix, super clean and very well-decorated. In October and from Florida, we didn't need the pool but found the heated wooden floors a real comfort. Features we especially liked besides the floors, were the very roomy kitchen, the washer-dryer and unusually comfortable convertable couch-bed. It is almost like the real thing - not a hide a bed. Arina and Max were good hosts and met our every need. Even the trek up to the third floor became a good thing for us flatlanders, unnoticed after a couple of days. We recommend this rental to anyone and would be happy to rent again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We enjoyed staying in your condo. It was clean & efficient. The new BBQ was an added bonus. I also liked the heated flooring for those cool evenings. Close to all freeways and cities.To our surprise, the weather was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to visit our family and friends.

We found this unit well furnished and appointed, especially the kitchen and appliances. Its location was convenient to stores (just 1/2 mile to Trader Joe's) restaurants and freeways. It was quiet and comfortable at all times. We'd stay there again.

What we liked most about this rental is it is very clean and very comfortable. At a vrbo cleanliness should meet or surpass a good hotel, and this place does just that. The remodel is great, the furnishings are nice. It's roomy, quiet, has great amenities and well worth considering. The condo is perfect for visiting the Eastside; it's convenient to Redmond, Kirkland and Bellevue. Shopping and dining is just across the road at the Crossroads mall. It's also right between I-90 and 520 to give you a choice for heading to Seattle. We visited friends and family during our 5-day trip and couldn't have found a better homebase for us and our two kids.

I wish that I would have come across this property years ago! We stayed for a week during the summer and this was by far the best value for our vacation dollar. I will not stay in a hotel again in Seattle. The location is fabulous as you are a block from Crossroads Mall which has one of the best non-chain food courts I have seen. The condo is in immaculate shape and we did not lack for anything. The pool is also very clean and large. I will be staying here again for sure.
