THE SNOW IS FALLING!! Charming vintage log home, cozy 1300 sq. feet, 2 story, 42" plasma tv and great sound system , hddvr, hundreds of cable channels, high speed wireless internet, huge back yard w/ horseshoe pit, kids house, deck , hot tub. Fireplace, gas wall heaters in living room and mst. bed, inwall electric heaters in upstairs bedrooms. Also tv's in mst. bed and one bedroom up stairs. Outstanding location; 15 minutes each to heavenly or sierra, 35 minutes to kirkwood, 2 minutes to camp richardson, pope beach, fallen leaf lake, emerald bay. National forest a few blocks away w/miles of cross country skiing, hiking, snowshoeing. Bike paths one block away to these fabulous places. 3 blocks from the Y for easy access in and out of tahoe and shopping. 10 minutes to stateline and casinos. This is a vintage log home, it is a great value for a log home in this area so please no tire kicking or negotiating. It is a friendly neighborhood location with a couple of 5 star amenities. I will discount 10% for 1 week stays or longer. While the house does sleep 8 , 8 adults gets fairly crowded for 1300. square feet and 1 bathroom. Also no ''house parties'' for the same reason.

This place was great! Everything was in good condition with updated electronics. Hot tub was great after a long day of snowboarding. Dogs are welcome which is definitely an added bonus. Great location close to all the resorts. Exactly what I was looking for at an amazing price!
Recommended for:Pet owners, girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
