Hi Dana, We had a fantiasic time at your condo. The condo was spotless and the location was perfect. The beach is wide and so quiet... even at a busy time of the year. We used the trolley or rented bikes to get around. It is only a 20 minute walk to Santini Plaza to enjoy the music at Castaways or a great meal at the South Beach Grille. So many great restaurants on the north end of the island or just off the island. We hope to be back again next year.

We have stayed in several units at Carlo Pointe and yours was one of the nicest we have stayed in. The decor is modern and the unit is larger than most. We will look to stay with you again next year. Thanks Dana

We recently stayed in this unit- we had a wonderful week of relaxation and sun. The unit had everything we needed for a great stay. The view from the lanai is amazing. The corner unit is perfect. There were four of us and we had more than enough space. This was my second visit to Fort Myers Beach. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation this is the place for you. Dana was very easy to work with and the rental process was very efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

We come to Ft. Myers Beach almost every year. We had a wonderful sunfilled vacation at the Beach Haven condo. The beach between the condo and Lovers Key was huge. Every AM there were a variety of shells washed up on the shore. Only a few pweople out along the beach so it was quite deserted and natural. The condo was well maintained and appointed with everything you could think of for cooking. Wireless connection worked great until a tropical storm knocked the services out for about 24 hours. Condo felt secure during the storm and very high winds that lasted for a full day. Great restaurants all along the Boulevard: Gulfshore, Reese's,Bayfront Bistro,Nemo's, Merlo,s, the Beach at Times Square. Publix for shopping nearby. Don't miss Parrot Key, and Doc Ford's just across the San Carlos bridge. Dana was great to work with, our visit was flawless. Would recommend to everyone.

My wife and I stayed in this unit for our 42 anniversary. This condo has everything you could want or need for a fantastic stay. The large wrap around lanai is perfect for morning coffee and sun rises or an evening glass of wine and sunsets. Views from lanai are gorgeous. Dana was very pleasant to work with and responded to all of our inquires promptly. Saw pods of dolphins swimming by just about every day. If we stay in the Ft. Myers Beach area again this unit will be our first choice. Thank you Dana for sharing your Beach Haven with us. Don't miss going to Lovers Key State Park, best shelling we found. 9/17/11--9/24/11

We had a great time at the condo. Great for older people that want quiet. Loved the beach. would recommend the theatre with dinner its fun with kids, a little pricey but fun. Would go back again!!!!!!!!

I was visiting { from Rochester,NY] my friend from Port Charlotte,Fl. We wanted a quiet water front property,but close to all the action{if we wanted some] We were surrounded by the BEAUTY of Gods creation,mother nature at her finest.We would LOVE to go back and spend a month.

We drifted over the Atlantic and found our Beach Haven. We walked miles along the beautiful beaches every day - morning and evening until our legs could not carry us any further, always knowing that we would relax in the utmost comfort, or have a meal whilst watching the wildlife or enjoying another wonderful sunset. This apartment has everything we needed and more, because Dana has thought it all out with great care and with style. Beach Haven is both close enough to civilisation (UK spelling) and yet on the edge of the most beautiful natural waterway on the Gulf coastline. If we said anymore then it would no longer be a 'hidden secret'. We will return soon because we departed totally refreshed and very happy.

This Condo is Awesome.Great View Quiet & Secluded.If you are wanting a relaxing vacation spot this is the place.Very Well Kept. The Owners are Very Hospitable and Friendly.If you like to fish its a Great place to stay it's right next to the inlet to the Intercoastal waterway and the Beautiful Lover's Key state Park..I Highly recommend this Place.I wouldn't stay anywhere else and we have stayed at several condo's on the beach.

Beach Haven is at the quiet end of Estero Blvd and each evening from our balcony we watched the moonlight on the water. The condo is a corner unit and provides great visibility of the water and wind surfers. The condo is complete with everything you need, even an icemaker in the fridge. The washer/dryer made being on the beach easy and it also had a frisbee and small cooler for beach play. The unit was clean and looks exactly as the pictures depict. The owner was helpful and for the renter's peace of mind there are local caretakers to help should anything require attention. We did not need their services, but always good to know they are in the wings.
