Step out on the giant seven hundred plus sq foot three level deck that stair steps down the side of a shear rock bluff and opens up to one of the most spectacular 180 degree views of the pristine waters of Norfork Lake. Enjoy the Bird's Eye view of Diamond Bay, Main Channel, George's Cove and Mockingbird Areas while lounging on the private deck. View nature’s abundant wildlife and lush green gardens without moving from your chair.
There is lots of room to spread out with family and friends with four bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Full Futon) that sleeps 8, two baths with tubs/showers, large wet bar with beverage refrigerator and chest freezer for extra frozen storage, a galley kitchen with gas cook top, a living room with two couches (for extra guests) & fireplace for the winter months, indoor and outdoor dining areas that seats 22, partially covered deck and screened-in front porch.
Charcoal Grill is available for the family chef. Sheets, towels, etc are provided for your convenience. For boating enthusiasts you'll find a boat launch within walking distance at bottom of mountain as well as US Corp of Engineers access to shoreline hunting, fishing and swimming. In addition there are several park swimming and fishing areas close by.
This lake retreat overlooks the area between Quarry Marina and Tracy Marina. Both Marinas provides public boat rentals for those who want to experience Norfork Lake first hand while cruising the water.
Thirty minutes away is Mountain Home to west and Salem to the east where several restaurants and shopping areas are located. A short forty-five minutes away is World Class Trout fishing in numerous locations along the Norfork and White Rivers. Hire a guide or put your waders on and go solo. The fishing is always great. For a day trip you will find only two hours away is Branson, MO, the home of 76 Country Boulevard where daily musical shows abound. Just located a few miles west of Branson is the famous Silver Dollar City where there is fun for the whole family.
$500 Security Deposit required at booking. Local Sales Tax and $100 Clean Up Fee to be added to final billing. Balance due two weeks before arrival. Payment details will be established in the event of late booking.
