This is a place that you wish you never had to leave! Deer Valley and Park City, UT is the perfect place with almost every indoor and outdoor activity imaginable. Ski, Bike, Hike, Fish, Shop, Horseback Riding, Snowmobiling, Golf and so much more. And close by is the new multi-use Redstone with shops, groceries, bowling and more (Across from the 2002 Olympic area).
And don't forget the Sundance Film Festival (also a great time to ski as the slopes are empty). If you wanted to visit Robert Redford's Sundance....it is only 45 minutes away.
Park City has some of the finest restaurants, spas, galleries, shopping, etc.......and is only minutes away. The new St. Regis Deer Valley Hotel is only a short distance from the townhome and you do have access through the private Deer Crest gates. This WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME by avoiding the traffic through lower Deer Valley and Park City.
There are now two (2) luxury holels in Deer Valley. The new St. Regis Hotel new Montage Hotel. Both are fantastic and open for breakfast, lunch, dinner or drinks. Certainly two great places to ski in for lunch as well.
The townhome is professionally decorated with designer furnishings. Enjoy the great views of of the Jordanelle and mountains. The winters and summers are magnificent. Some say the summers are the best time of year in Deer Valley. And...enjoy fall as the beautiful aspen trees and scrub oaks change colors.
There are two master bedrooms, each with their own full and private bathroom and closets. The third bedroom has two full size bunk beds with a twin trundle underneath the bunk beds. Downstairs rooms have their own full bathroom. There is also a full bathroom on the main family room / kitchen level.
Deer Valley Ski Resort skiing is just one step out the back door and ski directly down to the Deer Crest gondola. Ski tickets can also be purchased at the gondola house and avoid the long lines at the base of Deer Valley. No parking needed....just step out the back door and you are skiing.

The best part of it all is easy access to and from the Salt Lake City International Airport (30 to 40 minute drive).
Utah takes great pride and care of their roads. It is an easy drive up and down the mountain, unless there is a major snow storm.
Park City is a great downtown with restaurants, shopping and galleries. Lots for everyone to do and don't forget Sundance which is only a 40 minute drive.
If you haven't tried Deer Valley for skiing, you don't know what you are missing....POWDER, POWDER, POWER! Did I say POWDER?
Some of the restaurants are world class and the easy drive from the Salt Lake City International Airport makes your vacation very easy and enjoyable.

When you come home, you ski through the private Deer Crest runs right to the back door (private runs are not open to the general public) with fantastic views of the private homes and Jordanelle. And.....the new St. Regis Hotel Deer Valley is only a few minutes away. The Montage is now open in Deer Valley as well.

It is just so convenient to step out the back door to ski. Just fantastic views with sunny mornings and totally convenient.

This is one of the absolute best places we ever stayed in. Perfect ski in/out allows you to come in for a quick lunch break and then back out again. We are a family with teenagers who love to ski and it was perfect. It is even good for beginners since the trails to the townhouse are just simple cruising trails. Extremely well decorated and a very nice layout. Great kitchen for those of us who love to make meals since we are too tired to go out after skiing bumps most of the day. Also after skiing enjoy the hot tub out the back door. You can keep your skies outside in the ski holders and not worry about them and in the morning just jump in and go! The owners are very gracious and accommodating. Next year we will be back for sure!

Our experience in Deer Valley at the ski in, ski out Town House could not have been better. The home was lovely, well supplied with amenities. Our family loved the convenience of being able to ski out and back home in the evening. The owner provided us with good directions, recommended great dining experiences. Deer Valley is the finest mountain to ski and we have been to many other mountains in Colorado, Montana, and several in Europe. We would highly recommend renting this Town House to anyone wanting a luxury week at Deer Valley.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Absolutely loved the place!!! We had 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room and the town home was simply spectacular from the views, to the furnishings and appliances and most of the all the "ski in" / "ski out"...This is a true "ski in" "ski out" home!!! We loved our stay and plan on making reservations again next year!!! Outstanding place to stay!!! Thank you for making your home available to us!!!

We had the pleasure of staying in the Pinchinson's Deer Valley townhouse last week and not enough great words can be said about our experience. The townhouse is a true ski-in, ski-out through the private trails of Deer Crest in Deer Valley. The townhouse itself is gorgeous; beautifully decorated and spacious. The views from the balconies are absolutely incredible and being able to soak it all in from the hot tub on the first deck makes the experience even that much better. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is full equipped, and the place is in great shape. Any assistance you could possibly need is just a phone call away as well. Really can't say enough good things about the property or the owner. A truly remarkable experience... we will definitely be back!

My wife and I decided in the last minute to take our kids (5) to Deer Valley for Xmas week. We searched VRBO and saw that there was quite a few units available, even last minute. This was our first time in the area so we didnt know what to expect. We contacted several places but Laurie, the owner, was the first to respond. She was very friendly on the phone and was very patient with us explaining all that we needed to know about Deer Valley. Her husband was equally friendly. Eventually quite a few other owners started getting back to us but none were as accomodating and patient. It was simply a pleasure dealing with them so we decided to go ahead. As it turned out we made the right instictive decision. In the outset, I have to say that the pictures do not do the place justice. It is designed beautifully (by the owner who happens to be a interior designer) and much more spacious then it appears in the pictures. It has 3 bedrooms with four full bathrooms (very important with a large family). The unit was in pristine condition. It has a well stocked kitchen. All of the appliances and utensils were spotless and in brand new condition. The linen was good quality, fresh and plentifull. The unit is in good condition thanks to Bill the property manager who is always available in case you need something. In terms of location - it is a true ski in ski out, very close to the gandola. You can basically role out of bed and get right on your skis. No need to drive over to the base lodge unload and park. On your way home you ski right to the unit take your skis off and get right into the private hot tub which over looks the lake. If you plan on skiing in Park City, it is about a 15 minute drive but you can use the private Deer Crest road which saves a lot of time. One of our kids wanted to snowboard so we did the drive at least twice a day and it was not a big deal. All in all we would highly reccommend this unit.

This townhome is a perfect place to stay for a vacation in Deer Valley. It is located on a blue ski run. The views are beautiful, and the townhome is very well maintained. The place is clean, and the owner is very accommodating.
