This brand new custom three bedroom villa features stunning unobstructed ocean views with the island of Lanai as the ultimate back drop.
Enter the villa to a spacious open plan living area, kitchen and dining area, French windows leads to the terrace with breathtaking views. The living area with tasteful furnishing features a large Plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD player and CD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an oven /hob, fridge, freezer, grill, microwave, and dishwasher. A utility room houses the washing machine and clothes dryer. Inside there are dining facilities for 6, or if you prefer dining al fresco meals can be enjoyed out on the terrace.
Leading off the living area is 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which boasts an outdoor shower feature.
Outside you will find the pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace with poolside shower, a cabana with grill and dining area set in the lush surroundings of palm trees.
Additional guest facilities include fitness equipment, air-conditioning throughout, internet access, telephone, and safety deposit box.

"Secluded Paradise" My family and I stayed at Villa Makai back in December (2010) and it was amazing. The views of the ocean are breathtaking and the outdoor living space is truly out of this world. The house is located in a neighborhood, but you would never know. You are completely surrounded by vegetation with a perfect unobstructed view of the ocean. It's very private! We had a private pool and hot tub, which was wonderful. No crowded resort pool, etc. The house is gorgeous and worth every penny. We had the time of our lives; the best vacation ever. If you are looking for a peaceful, very nice home to rent with complete privacy and a breathtaking view, this is the place for you! Practically Perfect!
