  You will want for nothing when you stay here! Kim is the most thorough property owner/manager ever. There is a very extensive guests' guide in the den of the house for your use. If you can't find it in there, Kim's personal phone numbers are provided to help you out. There are instructions/notes posted for each alarm/switch/appliance/etc. Online a layout of the home is provided so the kids can decide in advance who is sleeping in which bed in which room. The kitchen is a great workspace and contains much more than just the essentials for a family gathering. More than enough bath and beach towels are provided as well as an extra set of sheets for each bed. The villa is located in a residential neighborhood, yet we felt like we were in our little private world. Poolside are chairs and chaises for the entire family to enjoy the water and a meal outside together. I could go on and on about how great the house was, but you really need to experience the Peace N Magic for yourself!

  I went to Florida over two years ago and my family stayed in this house and it was amazing. It was beautiful, extremely cozy and it smelt really good. Everything was so perfect, I miss Florida and this house so much. When I go back, i'm for sure staying here again. It goes by so fast when you're there, next thing you know it, you have to leave it..my room is awesome. I had a huge room and an ensuite. The neighbourhood it honestly so amazing..my room had a pink little palm tree outside the window and gecko's on the tree. I 100% recommend for anyone to stay here. It's so perfect, I miss it so much.

  This house has everithing you may need after going to Disney parks. It is an excellent place to rest and enjoy with kids, even at the pool or at the game room. The house evidences Owner´s experience of servicing people who want to get a wonderful vacation, all instructions are well explained and located where you need it. We stayed there for 9 wonderful days. Thanks K.

  We were delighted with our stay at this home in Kissimmee. The home was spacious, clean and well equipped. Kim was accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Our family of six was comfortable in the large bedrooms. The indoor washer and dryer was a real plus. The kids enjoyed the pool and the gameroom. The property was a short drive to the Disney theme parks. It was conveniently located near a shopping plaza that contained a Winn Dixie grocery store, as well as several nice restaurants (we enjoyed Taste of China and Giordano's; there was also a sushi restaurant and an Outback Steakhouse that we didn't try). We will definitely return here the next time that we vacation in the Orlando area!

  We stayed at this lovely place last week and were very satisfied with all. The house is very convinient located, really just a step away from Disney world and very close to shops, restaurants and main street to all attractions. The home was very well maintained and extremely clean which was very important for us. After we arrived i was asked to call the owner who welcomed us very nicely and showed us his and her full support in anything at any time in case it is needed. Lot of space, good equipped with all necessary tools and lot of information in the info book about all happenings around. The pool was great for the kids - the first day i couldn't get them out at all. The only thing what we personally didn't like was the door alarm to the pool. Understandable that it is for the safety of the kids, but even with just going out to the terrace for grilling or having a drink you had permanent to press the buttom in order not to activate it. Overal we were satisfied and can recommand it.

  Kim is a very pleasant and delightful person... This property is very nice and the gameroom is awesome. The neighborhood is close to everything and the people in it are pleasant. The property was very clean and very well-maintained. customer service was over the top. They even call to check on us! The pool was just right and warm. We loved all the parks. Fun Spot was very fun just purchase the unlimited ticket on the website provided by the owner its worth every dime. Unlimited go karts with 3 different tracks. Fun Spot also has a kiddie land. Pirates Cove was also very fun we did 36 holes. Pirates Cove has the best course! We will use Kim and Ron's properties everytime we come back. Thanks Again, Tracee and Damion Taylor

  Thank you for a fantastic base for our trip to Florida - the villa was marvellous and exceeded our expectations. we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are all sad to be back from our home from home! the property was spotless and of an excellent standard as was the pool. Rick and Kim have thought of everything you will need and we have no hesitation in recommending this home to friends and family (we may just hop in their suitcases!) thanks once again the Ray/Swashes

  My family and I had a wonderful time in this home. We had everything that we needed right there. It was a very pleasant home away from home. It was very neat and clean. We were not used to having the alarm but once we got used to how it worked, everything was great! My girls enjoyed their rooms and had a ball in the gameroom. My parents loved the pool area. This was my first time with a home rental but the rooms are so big and spacious that I would choose to rent here again. We may just make this trip every year. It was very inviting. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a calm, pleasant and secure vacation with family. I really appreciate Kim and Rick opening up their beautiful home for us.

  My family had an amazing vacation in FL this year over the Thanksgiving holiday! We arrived at our home away from home and were thrilled that it was everything we expected and more! The home was very clean and extreamely welcoming. Rick & Kim were wonderful to work with. Since this was our very 1st experience we were nervous but it was all for nothing because everything was perfect. We were minutes from Disney and the kids went swimming every morning before our day got under way. We didn't have a single worry. Thank you for an unforgettable trip that will last a lifetime of wonderful memories. We can't wait to come back again.
