Tired of a vacation rental being something that is right out of the 60's or 70's?? Try our newer vacation rental home on Pottawatomie Lake. Newly built, with all the upper-scale luxuries and right on its own sandy beach. Private gated property, secluded but still close to every thing. Including bike paths that take you all over our county.
Large 8 feet tall sliders off living room, office and master bedroom leading to a composite deck, "no wood slivers". Cable hand rail for an un-obstructed view of the sandy beach and water. Mirrored windows for privacy where needed. Beautifully manicured lawn, easy on the feet to and from the beach.
Fire pit on beach. Horse shoes on beach. Picnic table. 2 Kayaks. Three person SEA-DOO just like jet skis but better, Trolling fishing boat, Paddle boat and a tube and a knee board to get pulled on by a sea-doo.
There's a Wesco Gas station / convenience store about a mile down the road. Close enough for an easy bike ride.
Master bedroom has a king bed, sleeps 2. #2 bedroom has 2 queen beds, sleep 2 each. #3 bedroom has 1 king bed, sleeps 2. #4 bedroom has 2 queen beds, sleeps 2 each. Couch can sleep 2. There's an office that can sleep some on the floor if needed.
Flat panel t.v.'s in living room and office and many other t.v.'s through out home. Gas fire place in living room and shared with office. Electric fire place in master bedroom for those romantic moments.

$4500/week (Coast Guard Week, July 4th, Memorial,Labor day)
50% due at time of reservation.
$2000 deposit returned after 7 days.
Remainder balance due 14 days prior to your arrival.
Weekend and partial week rates are possible just call.
