Beautiful ski-in and ski-out, East Village luxury town home located at the base area of the Super Bee lift. Built in 1997 this 2000 sq. ft. Elk Run town home is one of Copper Mountain's highest rated premier units. With four large bedrooms, each with its own bath, this vacation home is perfect for families!
On the upper level there are two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, cable TV and DVD players.
The ground level has one bedroom with it its own bath that sleeps four comfortably. There are bunk beds and a sleeper sofa and TV with cable (perfect for the kids). Also on this level is a full-size washer and dryer and heated two car garage with plenty of room for ski, golf and bike storage.
The main level features the master suite which has a queen size bed with its own bath including a Jacuzzi tub. The main level also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, entertainment system, multi-disc CD player, cable TV, VCR, DVD player. Also included is a selection of board games, CDs, DVDs and videos.

The six passenger detachable super fast Super Bee lift is where it's at. To the top of Copper Mountain in under 8 minutes with shorter lift lines than the other base area lifts. Locals hail Copper Mountain as "THE Skier's Mountain," with over 20 lifts and 2,433 acres of terrain. Copper is less than a 30 minute drive to, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail.

My husband and I just purchased this property at Elk Run. We own a smaller unit in the same complex and needed more space! We have two grown daughters and have owned at Elk Run for 6 years. We all love to ski & board in the winter and bike, hike and play golf in the summer. We love Copper Mountain - it is fabulous ski hill and beautiful in the summer! We looked at Dillon, Frisco, Breckenridge, Vail, and Beaver Creek and ended up buying at Copper Mountain! Best decision we could have made!
Why the Owner Chose East Village at Copper
This townhome is spacious and beautiful. It has lots of windows, and the huge picture window to the west has an amazing view up Vail Pass. Every bedroom in this home has its own bath so everyone has lots of privacy. The two car heated garage is wonderful to have on snowy days!
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
The best thing about this home is the location! Ski in/ski out to the best lift on the mountain - the Super Bee six person high speed lift. Also a short walk to the beginner hill, the Pitch Fork, that can also be viewed from the living room window! There is no need to drive anywhere, and any guest can just ski down to relax at any time! Bus service to the main village is right down the street. The East Village has several great restaurants, rental shops, and an amazing tubing hill!
