Your villa #1301 provides privacy, yet is a short walk to the main pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, BBQ area and air conditioned exercise room. There are two bedrooms and two baths, totaling over 1200 square feet plus two lanais, as well as a one-car attached garage. It is perfect for families or couples vacationing together. The well-appointed kitchen has beautiful maple cabinetry and granite countertops. Seventeen-foot vaulted ceilings in the living room area and nine-foot ceilings throughout the villa provide an open, island, and airy feeling. The master bedroom on the second floor provides a king-size bed, private bath with dual sinks, separate soaking tub, stand up shower, walk-in closet, and lanai, while the second bedroom on the main floor provides two twin beds which can be converted into a king-size bed, and a bath with tub/shower. Additional guests can sleep comfortably on the convertible queen-size sofa. Your villa and it's amenities exude quality and comfort.
A good swimming beach (Anaeho'omalu Bay or "A Bay") is a five-minute drive away, and can be reached by walking (1/2 mile). Explore ancient royal fish ponds and or go on a free tour of Puako Petroglyph Archaeological Preserve given daily next to the King's Shops. You are also close to lots of the activities this island has to offer and about 20 minutes from the Kona airport.
