Home is located in a quiet residential area with a large 10x30 deck along the south side with a beautiful view of the mountains. Three block walk to the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River, 6-8 blocks to the grocery store and movie theater, and a mile or less to the shops, restaurants, and parks in the historic central business district of Lake City.
Both bedrooms have king size beds. Large 32" television with cable, DVR Player and a few DVDs provided. Wi-Fi service is available and telephone for local calls.
Kitchen is fully equipped with full size stove, refrigerator, all cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, & toaster. Linens provided.
