Newly refurbished 2 bedroom vacation home in beautiful Lake City!!
Home is located in a quiet residential area with a large 10x30 deck along the south side with a beautiful view of the mountains. Three block walk to the Lake Fork of the Gunnison River, 6-8 blocks to the grocery store and movie theater, and a mile or less to the shops, restaurants, and parks in the historic central business district of Lake City.
Both bedrooms have king size beds. Large 32" television with cable, DVR Player and a few DVDs provided. Wi-Fi service is available and telephone for local calls.
Kitchen is fully equipped with full size stove, refrigerator, all cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, & toaster. Bed, bath and kitchen linens provided.

Thanks for renting us your vacation cabin. We had a Great Vacation in Lake City. We enjoyed everything about our trip. We like that the cabin was close to town and met all our needs. We met the housekeeper, Carol, and became just like old friends, she gave us alot of information on where to ride our atv and some history on the town, We were sorry that we had only one week. Just wished that we didn't live so far, 24 hours is a long drive. Thanks again for a fantastic Vacation.... Vanessa, Blaine and Sam
