Welcome to our Villa Home in Orlando Florida! Our home is located on one of Florida's newest resorts, Solana! Located just minutes from the shops and 12 minutes from Disney's new west entrance, Solana Resort is a fully gated, secure vacation community with on site clubhouse comprising large heated swimming pool, spa, mini golf, games room, gym, cyber cafe, executive lounge with WIFI etc.
Our Villa on Solana is family orientated, clean, safe and welcoming. The villa is set over 2 floors, with full air-conditioning and private pool. The Villa has a sun deck with covered pool area (lanai) and is south facing....an idea place to relax after a hard day at the theme parks.
The bedroom layout is as follows (please note, sleeps 10)
1 x King bed bedroom - Ground Floor - with ensuite comprising corner bath, separate shower room, walk in dressing room, TV
1 x Queen bed bedroom - Upper Floor - next to bathroom with bath & shower - TV
1 x Full bed bedroom - Ground Floor - (i.e. UK size Double) with adjacent bathroom with Shower - TV
2 x Twin bed bedrooms - Upper Floor - (i.e. we can sleep another 4 persons in separate single beds)

Our villa is on one of Florida's newest resorts called Solana - its only 12 minutes to Disney's new entrance, and 2 minutes to the nearest shopping complex. We bought this villa to enjoy the all year round sun, as well as exploring all of what central Florida has to offer.

Located just 12 minutes from Disney's new west entrance, the villa is ideally located for shops, restaurants and Orlando International Airport (30 minutes). The resort is a fully gated, secure community, with a 4000 Sq Ft clubhouse which includes an executive lounge, WIFI, Internet Room, Games Room, Gym, Jacuzzi, Pool Area, Bar etc. Our Villa also has its own south facing sun deck and private pool, an ideal place to relax in the sun after a hard day out at Disney and Universal!

WOW, We had a great time on our golfing vacation. Plenty of CLEAN LINENS AND TOWELS. The house was very CLEAN, Kitchen fully equipted. The master bedroom, a queen bedroom, also two full baths are located on the first floor. A queen and 2 twin bedrooms and another full bath is on the second floor. Plenty of space to stretch out and enjoy. We also had the pool heated (JANUARY). What a great plus to come home and relax in your own private pool. The heater warmed the pool quite quick to a beautiful 85 degrees. The community has a pool and a hot tub,also a tiki bar with a nice happy hour. Everyone we met during our stay were so nice from the gal at the check in office, to the gated security guard, to the residents walking the neighborhood. And to top it off the owners were so nice and easy to deal with. Thanks again Katherine for a great stay at your wonderful home. Hope to rent from you next year. Len D

We stayed at Solana in May 2011. It was a very good family holiday, the villa was very clean and comfortable. Great swimming pool we all enjoyed, especially my grandson, who wanted to bring it back home . Regards Anne&Family

We went to Florida from Canada and when we reached there I was a hero to my family after seeing this house. What we heard and saw from the internet was there when we reached. - Swimming pool was amazing - Kitchen is loaded with all the materials - Beds and cover are clean - Very close to Disney World - Very close to Shopping Malls We are planning to go next year and we definitely book this place again

We stayed in your lovely home in may 2011, there was 5 adults and two children and we had a wonderful time and the villa met our expectations and the resort was well planned and secure. The only problem we had was the fact that a previous visitor to the villa had broken the stroller and we needed one for my nephew, we hired one at universal the first day and then purchased one for the rest of the holiday. We reported it too the maintenance chap by phone and when he visited and he was apologetic. I just hope it was replaced and other families did not arrive and have the same problem. Otherwise I would not hesitate to use your company again and recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Carol Marshall x

This home is a great place to stay for 2 families. This is the second year we have rented it and have loved it. There is plenty of room for 2 families of 5 (10 total). The clubhouse is great. There are really nice cabanas to stay out of the sun, and the pool is the best pool I have ever been in (Warm/Clean/HUGE). I highly recommend this place to stay. Just hope the word doesn't get too far out, cause I am going to be renting it again and again. 5 Star in my book. Kev

A very nice house, clean and well maintained, just as in the photos. The booking and check-in process was very easy. Very spacious, and the kids enjoyed the pool. Pool heating is worthwhile if you go in March/April since it is still cooler at night. The resort community is nice and quiet, and the villa is at the furthest end of the community from the highway, so it is very peaceful. There is an orange grove one street over and we had the wonderful smell of orange blossoms every morning. For a larger family especially the house is a very good value. Would stay there again.
