This 4 bedroom raised duplex house is perfect for your next family vacation. Located on Vista Drive about 5 blocks back from the beach, you have the option of staying home and using your own private pool, or you can hop on the golf cart and head to the beach for some fun in the sun! There are plenty of nearby restaurants for dining out and the kitchen is fully furnished for cooking in for the family. A DVD player is provided in the living area for family movie night, or there are plenty of cinemas or other live shows within 15 minutes for entertainment as well.

The master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and private balcony. The other bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 2 has a queen, bedroom 3 has a queen, and bedroom 4 has a twin and a bunk bed, twin/full combo.

FAMILIES ONLY PLEASE!! NO HOUSE PARTIES, NO STUDENT GROUPS, AND MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 30. NO SMOKING/NO PETS.
