We have furnished our place with quality furnishings to not just make you feel comfortable but pampered. Great beds and luxury linens- because you want quality sleep on your vacation! The place is our vacation place too so we have put in all the things we want- ipod docks, CD players, DVD players on 3 of the 4 T.V.'s, Calphalon cookware, blow dryers, make-up mirrors, full size ironing board with iron, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, quality starter supplies for the bath and kitchen so you aren't in emergency mode when you walk in. Beach supplies included- 2 chairs with cooler backpacks, beach towels, umbrella, wool stadium blankets, boogie boards, picknick basket, and an ice chest. Gorgeous ocean and grounds view fro our roof top balcony and our lovely coaster just minutes away, we have a reverse loft and some may hear the train going by, but we also have double paned acoustical windows if not. You can pack light when you come stay with us!
And just in case you have some business to attend to -we have high speed internet access.

There are so many things to do in the Oceanside area. This listing has told you about the immediate area, but within 20 minutes there is: mini golf, Chuck E Cheese, 'The Mall' The 'Outlets' poker casino, Lego land, lot's of cool little beach towns like Del Mar and Cardiff and Encinitas with amazing dining options. It is so wonderful, you will want to move here!!! Also, there are great parks with ponds and ducks, fun where ever you go!!!

Everything was perfect. The unit was very clean, it provides everything we needed, there were no problems at all. The upper bedroom is really comfortable and you can take a look to the sea even from the bed. The kids loved the TVs and could always stay online with their friends at home in europe with the provided Wifi. Only the daily rush- hour on the interstate was awfull, but that seams to be normal for that region. We would recommend this location everytime.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: I retired after 25 yrs in Corporate America in 1999 and started a cleaning service for something to do part time. After a year of doing homes, I was asked to help someone at North Coast Village while she went on vacation. After seeing the complex and the possibilities, plus the need for a good cleaning service, I moved my business there and within a few months had 26 units. 2 yrs later I decided to buy 3 condos and since my cleaning clients had been encouraging me to handle their bookings too, I decided to start as a full time rental/booking agent and I now have 17 condos plus my 3. My favorite part of this business is speaking with the potential guests and seeing how I can make their vacation a very special and memorable one. I have 20 very nice condos that anyone would love to stay in. I have also been a member of the 'Oceanside Chamber of Commerce' for 5 yrs now.

All of my condos are fully equipped with everything one could want while on vacation, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards (some have wet suits). We have a hair dryer in every unit and offer a welcome gift baskets for those late night arrivals and the kids are hungry. The best of all is my units are CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN!
