Accommodations:  House, 3 Bedrooms + No additional sleeping rooms avail, 1 Bath (Sleeps 6)

If this is your first time on my VRBO site WELCOME! The house sits along Conservation Land. We are in a quiet residential community outside of Harbor Island. The house has a Kitchen that is fully stocked, Dishwasher, and seating for 6. There is only ONE bathroom, a Washer/Dryer utility room, Internet  with a wireless modem (no wires to connect), Cable TV, VCR and DVD player and a 12'X 14' Deck makes this house just the place to relax and enjoy some down time. Minutes to everything but away from the hustle, so if you want to be close to the Beach but enjoy peace and quiet, then look no further. Those with pets; I'm sorry but pets of any kind are not allowed. Pop-up tents or RV's are not allowed. The rental for the week between April and July 2nd is $110/day, or $700 per week. From July 2nd to August 27th the weekly rent is $850 plus a
$150 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit based on the condition of the house at the end of your week. To reserve a week, a check for the
amount of $150, will hold the week. I will mail out a contract, sign it
and send 50% of the rental fee, ONE WEEK before your scheduled
week the balance is due. Check-in is on Saturday at 3PM and
check-out is on the following Saturday at 11:30 AM, if there are any
