This is one of the most outstanding brand new furnished villas on Tower Lake.
THE VILLA It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 story stone fronted villa which has had no expense spared and with fantastic views over Tower Lake.
THE POOL AREA the pool is 35' x 9' with spa and a spectacular mood lighting system that changes through thousands of colours, there are water jets for the children and adults to enjoy. Enjoy the spa and bubbles while watching the spectacular sunsets over the lake. The large lanai has a fan to keep you cool on a hot day while relaxing on the sun loungers watching the children enjoying the pool.
THE MASTER BEDROOMS There are 2 master bedrooms one upstairs, one down. The downstairs one has its own door to the pool area for the early morning swim. Both are furnished to the highest degree and with full upgrade packages. The walk in shower is big enough for two there is also a bath and separate wash hand basins for two in the ground floor master bedroom with hair dryers and hair straighteners. Watch TV and satellite channels in the bedrooms.
TWO FURTHER BEDROOMS Twin beds for the adults in a Florida styled room and a twin bedded "Nemo" themed room for the children .
THE LOUNGE We have a large and spacious lounge and we have added for your enjoyment a full Denson ceiling mounted Surround system linked to a 52" full 1080i HD television which has satellite television connection, Blue Ray DVD, Digital stereo radio, and an Xbox360 with games. There are books and games in the hallway cabinet for you entertainment also.
THE GAME ROOM The game room is nothing short of spectacular with a full sized professional pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, one armed bandit on free play, satellite 32" television and a Wii games centre. There is a bar table and stools all done out in a "gangster" theme with neon lights and that speakeasy look and feel .
FOR BABIES We have supplied a new crib for you also a buggy, high seat and walkie talkies for your use at the parks.
We are fully air conditioned throughout this wonderful villa.
Fishing tackle is supplied for your use.
The LOCATION We are located on TOWER LAKE with fantastic uninterrupted views of the lake, within minutes drive are numerous quality golf courses, fine dining, shops, bars and the I4 motor way for quick connection to the theme parks, shopping malls and other attractions that will make your holiday one to remember and never forget.

Why the Owner Chose Calabay Parc at Tower Lake
We decided to have our beautiful villa built on Calabay Parc at Tower Lake for its stunning location with south facing views and spectacular sunsets. We are but 12 minutes from the major attractions. The airport is 25 minutes away. The beach is only 1 hour away. We have a Walmart, restaurants, 5 well known golf courses - Southern dunes which is rated #6, and Champions Gate with the David Leadbetter Centre are but minutes drive from the villa, the I4 and the new multi million dollar Posner Park development with its top named shops, fine eating places and cinemas all within 5 minutes drive.
The Unique Benefits at this 2 Story Stone Fronted Villa
We are located on the I27, there are various shops and food outlets all within 3-4 minutes drive. As we are on the lake front why not take the children down to the fishing jetty or watch the turtles and resident alligators bask in the sun. We have a spectacular 2 story lake side club house with barbecue area, kitchen, gym, patio and picnic area. The sunset views as you sit by the pool drinking your wine are breath taking.

Hello to you all. We have been holidaying in Florida for many years and during that time we have stayed in many hotels. We began to find hotels restrictive for family life, some days you just want to put your feet up around the pool or maybe just lounge and watch television whilst the children play and are safe. We found that sometimes people had to compromise and therefore not do what they really wanted to do. So we decided to have a villa built in Florida were we can still keep the family life as if at home but still have all the great fun that Florida has to offer.
