The 3 bedroom 1 bath classic California beach house has wood floors throughout, a fireplace and a full kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans and serving ware for a family vacation at the beach.
Our charming and well maintained beach house is terrific for families. It includes a washer-dryer, fenced back yard, patio with furnishings and a gas BBQ grill for California dining at home.
You can walk to historic Highway 101 in Encinitas for shopping or to have a yummy breakfast before hitting the surf at Swami's.
