Our cheerful and beautifully decorated home features a well-appointed kitchen and a comfortable, open living and dining area. The master suite, guest bedroom, and main living area have their own access doors to the spacious lanai overlooking the private, fully-screened-in heated pool.
Master suite has walk-in shower and separate tub, double sinks, vanity area and private lanai. Two guestrooms share a second bath. The house is surrounded by gorgeous native vegetation and is situated on a quiet, shell lane. Pick lemons and limes from our own citrus trees!

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
My husband and I have vacationed on Sanibel since our honeymoon in 1980. We chose Sanibel because we know and love it, have family in the area, and there is so much this wonderful island offers in so many different ways. We would like to rent our home until we are ready to retire full time.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The island life is easy and relaxed. Wildlife watching is great- we love to take leisurely drives through Ding Darling Wildlife Sanctuary to see all the birds(especially the Roseate Spoonbills.) It's a special treat to spot Manatees in the spring. Shelling is fabulous- we'll often find ourselves on the beach at sunrise with coffee and a picnic breakfast keeping company with the dolphins while we add to our collection. We enjoy the art shows, Music Festival concerts, Film Festival showings, the wide variety of dining available, fishing, golf and windsurfing. And of course, we love that we are so close to the bike trail and can ride to the grocery store or most anywhere in minutes!
