30 minutes from Corpus Christi and next to Newport Dunes, an Arnold Palmer signature golf course, this 3-story direct beach front house has a yard that is nearly 3/4 of an acre backing up to the ocean. The house is located in Mustang Royale, one of the most vibrant and colorful neighborhoods in Port Aransas.
You can't beat this view! Every bedroom in this lovely house opens up to a huge balcony overlooking the Texas gulf so that you can fall asleep listening to the waves. Walk through the back yard to the boardwalk access to the beach or use Mustang Royale's boardwalk a couple of houses away. Enjoy the sunrise from one of the two huge back decks and see the sun set from the front deck. The secluded bottom patio provides a private hot tub, grill, and outdoor shower and the upper decks provide a dining table with chairs, rocking chairs, a hammock, and lounge chairs. There is even a professional massage table on site!
