  This house was amazing. We had 12 total people in our party and had plenty of room. The house was very well furnished and equipped with everything we needed to cook large meals. The back of the house faces the beach and the decks are a perfect place to drink a glass of wine and watch the sunset. We never made it to the community pool because the beach was just a short walk away. If you're looking for an amazing and relaxing place to spend with friends and family, this is a perfect place.

  The perfect place to relive my childhood memories of trips to the Island and create new memories for our family. Immaculately maintained with a great view of the beach and conveniently located to anything you want to do on the TX coast. Be sure you are in good shape as the living room/kitchen/view is up 2 flights of stairs. The beach is an easy 5-10 minute walk; there are plenty of chairs and beach toys to keep the kids busy. As it was December and the pool was not heated we did not go there, but the hottub was a great place to warm up after getting back from the beach. We picked this place in part because we had our dog with us and the $25 pet deposit was more than fair. My dog is young, well trained, clean and did well there, but an old dog (or young children) might find the steep 2nd to 3rd floor stairs a bit slippery and hard. Be prepared to keep a close eye on young children or rig up a gate at the top of the stairs We went to the Lexington, the King Ranch, the movies in Corpus Christi, the little museum at the UTMSI, saved the Aquarium for the next trip, walked to the end of the jetty and watched the dolphins (including 2 babies) and ate lots of fresh shrimp (Get it right off John & Molly's shrimp boat down at the PA harbor--fresh out of the Gulf and $5/lb--yummy--we came home w/ 20 lb. frozen). We'll be missing the landmark of the Spaghetti Works dome before long apparently, but Jay and Stephanie will be supposedly be building a new restaurant just down the street and the shrimp tacos there should be just as good. My grandmother lived in Corpus Christi and every summer when we went to visit her all we wanted to do was "go to the beach". Staying in PA brought back all those great memories-a big bonfire-eating tamales and drinking Coke out of glass bottles on the beach. Glass bottles are no-nos on the beach now since people can't be responsible and we were dismayed to find that there are more bottle caps than shells on the beach now. Be sure to go to the beach down the island to the south--it's scraped clean there close to PA, but much more character to the south at access road 2 (and the fish pass jetty is interesting to see if for no other reason than to see that you can't fool or beat Mother Nature) or the Padre Island Natl Seashore. Thanks Kellena and family. No better beaches and waves than the Texas coast in my opinion. A great place to take up windsurfing or sail-boarding!

  This is absolutely the best house for anything you could want on the beach! The views are gorgeous - the house has everything you need - just a warm, cozy place for any occasion. There's a reason this house has so many perfect reviews - because it is!!!!

  I love staying here---you can swim --take walks-enjoy the beautiful sunrise- this time we tried beachstationstreet --on beach st and it was very good--mile high key like pie --stuffed flounder--it was really good-the best part of staying here is the family--all getting together and just relaxing and cooking together --we came from NH with my nephew and his wife, , my daughter from austin---beds are so comfortable,kitchen is well stocked, everything you need--great place!!! Love it!!!!

  We really had a good time. We had 14 people and the house was plenty large enough for us. We loved the access to the beach and pool. I guess the only negative comment is the kitchen is on the third floor. That was really hard on the older members of our group, and an inconvenience when carrying ice chests and food to the kitchen.

  The stay at Beachfront baby was great. The house was a clean, and the photos gave us enough information to know what we were getting in each room. We had enough room for my entire family. The Kitchen was great to cook it had everything we need for a big meal. We enjoyed cooking meals. The children were able to walk with us to the beach and the pool from the house. We played all day on the beach, enjoying activities like volleyball, board surfing and soaking up the sun. We ate at two different restaurants that weren’t a far drive from the house. Both restaurants had great service and we got our fill of sea food. With the house and the location it was a great family reunion and everything we wanted. Thanks for letting us use the house.

  Kellena always takes excellent care of us every year. She goes above and beyond to work with you and is very acomodating every time. We had another beautiful stay here again this year and hope to return again next year. The views are too die for!! We just sit outside on the very large deck and enjoy the views. The house is layed out very well and has everything you could possibly need. We hope to be back again very soon. Thanks again for letting us vacation in your lovely home. We love as well as our kids the hot tub!! Its sooo relaxing.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Front Baby! There were 10 of us- 7 adults, 1 child and 2 Dogs and the place fit us perfectly. The view and beach are great and the beach house is well maintained and stocked. Most beach homes we have rented in the past do not supply beach chairs or spices, baggies, foil, etc. for cooking, so that was a nice extra. We only ate out twice as we cooked most of our meals at the beach house, but we recommend "Virginia's on The Bay". The food and service were outstanding, the prices reasonable and we really liked the ambiance of the open air restaurant. We also enjoyed family outings to the Texas State Aquarium and The Lexington Aircraft Carrier. We want to thank Kellena for going the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. She kept us informed though out the whole process with any information we needed. Two days prior to our arrival she e-mailed that she had just been informed by the current guests that the dishwasher was not working and that the repairman said it would have to be replaced and that unfortunately it could not be replaced until after we our trip would be over. After hearing that we had planned on cooking most of our meals rather than going out she managed to get the repairman back out to the beach house that same day where he performed a miracle and made a temporary repair that got us through without a hitch. Thank you Kellena!

  I just love going to beachfront baby!!! It feels like home-My second time there.The beach is beautiful, we rented dune buggies and flew kites.Tried out some new restaurants.MAde some good meals at the house.Hot tub at night.Beautiful sunsets and sunrises.

  This is our second time staying at this wonderful beach house. The owners are always striving to offer aspects that guests would love, such as the incredibly beautiful new "mini-suite" to the new furniture on the decks, a wonderfully relaxing double swing, new outside tables, comfortable chaise lounge, fantastic hammock, and amazing hot tub that feels so awesome at night with the breeze blowing...and a drink in hand! The "mini-suite" totally feels like a honeymoon suite, with the coolest bathroom and shower! I love the little kitchen in the mini-suite, with anything you could want! The owners really took the time and care to make it something special! The kids loved spending time on the beach, from building sandcastles, collecting shells to flying kites. I absolutely LOVE staying at BeachFront Baby and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone, its unbelievable how many people can stay there and not feel crowded. I honestly can not say enough about this wonderful place!
