Charming and rustic two bedroom cottage on waters edge of Joe Indian Lake in the Adirondack Mountains, just 15 minutes south of Malone NY. Extremely private and quiet site to include almost two acres of land, 150 feet of lakefront with a sandy bottom swimming area. Roast marshmallows at the natural firepit located just off of the corner of the screened in porch.
Summers on the lake are gorgeous with plenty of water activities. Who would want to miss out on the tremendous fall foliage the Adirondack Mountains has to offer? Don't miss any of these beautiful NYS seasons!
