This is a lovely, bright 2nd floor condo with volume ceilings. It is decorated in a clean, crisp cottage style. There are 2 bedrooms [sleeps four], a full size aerobed, and a pack and play if needed for a baby. There is an eat in kitchen in addition to a dining room area.
Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Master bath has double sink vanity and a large walk-in shower. Guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. There are 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Public beach is approximately 10-15 minute drive.
Spring Run is a gated, fully developed golf and tennis community. There is an 18 hole golf course with a dial in system for reserving tee times.It is a professionalyy designed par72 course with 5 tees available for all levels of play. There are 9 and 18 hole men's and women's leagues. There is also a men's and women's tennis league.
The full service clubhouse has recently been renovated and expanded. There are many social events that are held at the clubhouse. There is a golf shop.
This is a non-smoking unit, and the neighborhood association does not allow pets .
Coconut Point Mall, which is 5 minutes from Spring Run, has excellent shopping and dining facilities in addition to a 12 screen movie theatre.
