Our home is furnished in a southwestern decor with a light desert color scheme. The great room has a 20 foot cathedral ceiling with sliding glass doors leading to a covered outdoor dining area, wrap around patio that extends to another covered area off the master bedroom. The sundeck/roof has beautiful panoramic views of the Gour peaks and Mazatzal Mountains. A wash running through the backyard attracts bunnies, quail, and the occasional roadrunner.
Located in the 55+ golf community of Rio Verde, renters can become temporary members of the Rio Verde Country Club featuring two Tom Lehman golf courses. The community center has a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, computer lounge, billiards, and a library at no charge to renters.
The Fort McLowell Casino and We-Ko-Pa Golf Course are a few miles away.
