The beach cottage Casa Blanca has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with over 1,400 square feet of beautiful ceramic tile throughout, totally redecorated with new furniture in dining and living rooms and all bedrooms, central heat/air, a very nice large screened-in porch to enjoy the island breezes and sunset, a large sundeck for catching some rays, a wrap-around deck, large fish cleaning table, covered concrete parking (up to 4 cars), fully loaded kitchen, and a separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
Our 3-bedroom cottage will comfortably accommodate a family of six,with king beds in both king rooms, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. But it’s also perfect for three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two. The living area has a full size sofa and love seat, three large windows that face the beach, a wood stove to enjoy the cooler months, and a 32"TV with free cable, wireless high speed internet, stereo, cd, dvd, and surround sound. The dining area seats six comfortably with an eat-in bar area. The screened in porch has a sofa and loveseat to enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunset.
Includes free wireless cable modem internet access, free cable television, free local telephone calls, all utilities included, no additional costs!
The beach cottage is on a unique lot, with both beach to bay views, and on the bike path to town a couple miles away, to restaurants and shopping. SPRING: $1,197/Weekly, or $875 4-night special, plus 9% tax
SUMMER: $1,498/Weekly only, plus 9% tax.
FALL/WINTER: $994/Weekly, or $645 4-night special, plus 9% tax.
Weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday, 4-night specials are Sunday to Thursday only.
MONTHLY SPECIALS: Dec, Jan & Feb, $1,998/mo., March $2,747/mo. plus 9% sales tax.
NOTE: Linen/Towels are not provided, but can be rented for $10 per bed.
PETS: There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 to bring your well behaved dog!

The house is in the perfect walking location, especially with a two year old looking for shells. We got the much needed R&R by taking naps on the comfy couches on the screened in porch..., it was nice: out of the sun & breezy during the middle of the day and walked to the beach in the mornings & evenings. Your home was so comfortable & we love the decor!

My husband and I have not taken a vacation for at least 10 years and we are so glad we chose SGI to spend this once in a lifetime trip. We have decided we will not wiat so long from now on. And, we are already planning to return to SGI next year. The home is beautifully decorated. It has a very comforting atmosphere. The beach is so clean and relaxing. Our dog Charlie loved the beach too. The sunrise and sunsets breathtaking. The seafood was delicious! Our two favorite restorants were Seafood at the Grill and Papa Joe's, both in Apalachicola. We were also very glad to be here during the first annual oyster spat festival. We are sad to have to leave, but we will take some wonderful memories with us for years to come. We took many photos and movies. Thank-you for letting us share your home.

This was our first trip to SGI and we have absolutely fell in love with the island and with your home. (We are so thankful that you listed it.) We wre able to spend alot of quality family time here at the house and on the beautiful beach. We hope to have the opportunity to come back again and maybe bring some family or friends to also fall in love with the Forgotten Coast. Our 7 year old daughter does not want ot leave and thinks the games you have here are really cool and fun! Do away with the mosquitos and this place would be a step away from heaven! Thanks.
