Offered with the condo rental is one garage parking spot (with second spot available by request) for your convenience and easy access to the condo. Additional street parking is available for restricted periods.

The home is located one block away from the main public transportation MUNI, and many neighborhood restaurants and conveniences. The Noe Valley neighborhood is within short distance to the world renowned Castro district and very popular trendy Mission neighborhood. When we entered this property we knew it was an accurate description of the wonderfully spacious apt we rented. It was clean, well-maintained and in a fabulous family friendly location. In addition to the nearby shops, restaurants and playground, public transportation was just steps away to take you any place you wanted to go. should we needed to ask a question, the owner was always accessible to answer. I highly recommend this property and would love to rent it again in the future.

Amazing apartment makes you feel right at home!

Our parents stayed here during the summer and truly enjoyed the apartment, amenities and neighborhood. You can feel the apartment was once lived in and not just a rental since the furniture and decoration are all beautiful and very tasteful. The kitchen was a dream for my mom who loves to cook and my dad enjoyed the jacuzzi a lot in the master bedroom. We have to give this place a 5 star rating as it is better than anything we or our parents have ever rented for a vacation!

This is a lovely flat. Beautifully furnished and appointed, especially the Jacuzzi tub! Sunny decks are great for lounging. It is a walk to the main street in Noe (24th) but there are plenty of shops and restaurants here in "Upper Noe" and the J Church train stops right outside.

Owner response:In Noe Valley, the 24th Street corridor of shops is considered the busiest. It's a flat walk of several blocks to get there or you can take the streetcar (J-Church) accessed one block away from the property. However, we have great shopping within a 1 or 2 block radius for everything you need, as well as every kind of restaurant.

We rented this very nice apartment for 5 weeks in summer 2009. It is tastefully furnished and really completely equipped. The neighbourhood is fine, there are lots of excellent restaurants in walking distance. The lightrail to Castro and downtown is just 2 minutes away, BART takes an acceptable walk of 12 minutes. The owner is very nice and took a lot of care. It is certainly not a cheap place to stay but it is worth the money and we would definitely come back again, and can only recommend this apartment.
