Great stay in cozy room
Great stay in cozy room
I stayed in Nadia's cozy room for 2 months. It's very private, with its own en suite bathroom and kitchenette. The room is well decorated and homey. It has everything you could need! My favourite parts were the large windows on one end of the room overlooking a private garden. I didn't get to use the garden, due to the cold and rainy weather, but I enjoyed the greenery view. The flat is also very quiet, especially at night. Hammersmith tube station is a 15-20 minute walk or a 7 minute bus ride - it's a very convenient station with 4 tube lines. The Thames is a short walk away as well, as are plenty of cafes, grocery stores, etc. Nadia is extremely welcoming, warm, and helpful as well! I'm looking forward to staying there again next spring.

We stayed at Cozy Cottage for a week in September, the flat was exactly as described. Although we didn't get to use the garden due to weather, it was nice to look out at the greenery. The location is easily accessible and Nadia couldn't have been a more gracious host. The property was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a cozy home away from home. We took the metro to central London every day and no problems fulfilling our wish list. Thanks Nadia

Cozy apartment in London
Cozy apartment in London
Our stay at Nadia's place was great! We are a retired couple and stayed in the apartment for 6 weeks and really enjoyed the place and its location. it was exactly as was described. Very recently renovated apartment and very comfortable bed. It was a special experience to wake up in the morning and see this green, quiet and magic secret garden! Conveniently located near transportation. Nadia was very warm, generous, friendly and helpful, and offered suggestions on access the the buses, subway and trains. The internet worked perfectly during our stay. We would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone looking for good value accommodation in London. We felt a little sad to leave London and we promise ourselves to come back soon to Nadia's place and her garden.!

Peaceful and Quiet
Peaceful and Quiet
Our stay at the Cozy Cottage was delightful. Who could have thought that a quiet room in London existed. Well it does and this is the place. The room was cozy with plenty of room to hang you clothes and store your suit case. The kitchenette was perfect for breakfast coffees and tea. The table in the room was large enough for the two us of us to sit our laptops and coffee or wine. Nadia's directions for the bus system were very helpful and made the sometimes intimidating London bus system, very simple. Everyday my partner and I remarked on the superb quietness of the room, the convenient location in relation to the bus stops and the value of the accommodations. Nadia was a gracious host who respects your privacy, but made herself available for questions, directions and pleasant conversation. Next time we are in London, we will be returning to the Cozy Cottage.

Cozy Cottage Fulham
Cozy Cottage Fulham
Nadia was the best at hospitality and her Cozy Cottage is appropriately named. We didn't having any problems follow her directions from Heathrow to Cozy Cottage via tube and train. The place was very clean and the neighborhood was nice. The room was full of brocures and travel books so you could plan excursions for anywhere in greater London. That was very handy. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect B & B
Perfect B & B
Our stay at Nadia's Cozy Cottage was perfect. She is the quintessential British hostess, helpful and sweet. Her double en-suite has everything you need and is quite comfortable. The homey feeling of her B & B was so much more enjoyable than a hotel. The features and description on the website are accurate and complete. All the amenities are at your fingertips, noteworthy were the wi-fi connection (fast), the towel warmer, the Nespresso machine, and plenty of British electrical outlets to keep your tech stuff charged. Bring your own converters (inexpensive on Amazon), the room has one converter. The breakfast items that are included, based on a checklist that you select from, are great. Grocery stores are nearby for all your other needs. The Fulham setting is convenient and fun, away from most of the tourist congestion of central London. The ease with which you can travel from Heathrow on the Tube and get around London with an Oyster card cannot be overstated. Nadia provides a nice map and has suggestions for some great restaurants nearby. There are plenty of pubs in the area, the closest being The Crabtree and the Fuller's Brewery tour and tasting is well worth the £10. The Fulham Pool and gym is a nice facility to get a workout in for £4.60. The paths along the Thames are perfect for running and biking and the Fulham and Chelsea football clubs are both nearby. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London and will gladly recommend Nadia's Cozy Cottage to all who are planning a trip. Enjoy some true British hospitality in a perfect setting.

Wonderful honeymoon stay!
Wonderful honeymoon stay!
My husband and I arrived in early December of 2012 for our one week stay in London for our honeymoon. We were very encouraged by the many wonderful reviews we read and even cancelled our original reservation in favor of Nadia's lovely little suite! She was a pleasure to work with during our planning process, providing all the information we needed in order to pay safely and travel to our rental upon arrival. Before arriving, we were provided with a breakfast checklist and upon arrival our refrigerator and cupboard were stocked with all of our wishes. Her directions were spot on and we had no trouble finding her location. We were provided with an extremely helpful map of our area that filled us in on neighborhood necessities such as restaurants and grocery stores. We referred to it many times, and when we lost it towards the end of our journey she was kind enough to redraw it for us, without having to ask! Our suite was stocked with many travel books and other helpful information about London. Our bed was extremely comfortable, warm, and cozy. We had everything we needed-a heater, a hair dryer, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils, upon many other things. I don't think we ever felt ourself in need of a basic necessity that wasn't provided-or that wasn't provided quickly upon request (such as toilet paper when it had run out!). We always felt very safe and secure in our part of the flat, with our room being locked from the inside and the key given to us. We had plenty of space to move around when relaxing, getting ready, or preparing a bite to eat. The location was very convenient to both Heathrow Airport and the center of London. A 15 minute walk back to Hammersmith Station or a less than 5 minute walk to one of several bus stops will get you into the heart of the city in very little time! Overall, we had a WONDERFUL experienced and will definitely be staying at Nadia's the next time we decide to go to London! Thank you again, Nadia, for helping make our honeymoon stay so very pleasurable!

Our home away from home
Our home away from home
We stayed here in Nadia's B&B twice. The first stint was mid August to mid September and the second was from mid October to the end of November. The listing as shown on the VRBO was really accurate, we found it spacious enough for our needs. Everything was really clean, the bed was really comfortable and the shower was really good. Nadia was great, she was attentive to our needs but also respected our privacy. The location was perfect, great access to buses and trains as well as supermarkets, pubs and places to eat. The Internet speed was really good. Nadia gave us lots of great local info. We loved staying there and would definitely stay there again. It really felt like home, we would definitely recommend it to our friends and relatives.

Warm and friendly
We stayed with Nadia from 09/18/2012 through 09/22/2012. Our accomodations were clean, well maintained, and convenient. She provided us with everything a thoughtful hostess could possibly provide. Our bed was large and comfortable. The dwelling was close to the bus line and underground. The neighorhood was safe and peaceful.

As advertised and MUCH more
As advertised and MUCH more
Nadia, your host, is a spirited English Soul who takes care of every need way above the norm ,using every positive adjective to describe her and Cozy Cottage would fall short of the mark, a purely delightful personality indeed. Everything about my situation was as advertised nothing hidden. A modern layout kept to a high standard is what is delivered. If you are looking for accomadations just outside the tourist congested area then stay with Nadia and enjoy all she and the location offers you. Buses nearly at your doorstep with tube stations Hammersmith, West Brompton and Earl's Court are a handful of Bus stops away, really easy getting around. Come and enjoy, We will come again for sure. Year Purchased: 2007
About the owner: I've lived in Fulham for over 30 years and love it here. I have worked part time for the last 10 years for a charity supporting women with breast cancer and been involved in complementary medicine and nutrition for at least 25 years. I have just finished doing a Masters in International Public Health Nutrition (phew!). However, I have done B&B on and off for over 20 years and love meeting and welcoming all the wonderful people who visit from all over the world and come and stay at my very British B&B.
Why the Owner Chose Hammersmith & Fulham:
I chose to buy in Fulham because it is in Central London and yet in a lovely green and leafy safe residential area just a short ride on public transport directly into the city centre. Walking is only minutes to a wide range of restaurants, shops, English pubs, parks, shopping centres, the Thames and lovely antique shops. It's so quiet and yet so central.
The Unique Benefits at this Bed And Breakfast:
I bought my house and completely gutted it from top to bottom which was great fun to do. The house is decorated in natural materials using natural fabrics, stone, wood and marble. It's very bright and light and airy. Lots of attention to detail and the house is kept immaculatedly clean and tidy by my lovely cleaning lady. It is requested shoes are removed at the front door which helps keep the house so clean. You will be nurtured and well looked after here. It really is a cozy haven in the centre of London with a lovely garden to rest in at the end of the day or have your breakfast in on warm sunny days before the start of your sight seeing. Because it is quite small it has a lovely cottagey feeling about it. I hope you love it like I do!
