The house is located on 2 acres of land in a very quiet neighborhood. The uniqueness of Amagansett is that it is located between East Hampton and Montauk. A 10 minute drive can take you to either the chic dining and shopping of East Hampton, or the raw clam and lobster bars of Montauk.
Amagansett is the home to some of the best Atlantic Ocean beaches in the Northeast. One can find beaches for kayaking, wind surfing, fishing, swimming, and surfing. Local beaches are 3 minutes away, as well as the quaint village of Amagansett. The bay beaches are approx 2 minutes away. The house is a wonderful, light and bright retreat in the middle of nature; the grounds are landscaped beautifully, with the lawn framing the heated pool.
