I love Boulder, our location is ideal, we are a few blocks from the best restaurants in town, swimming pools and recreational centers. Boulder is a town, but offers the benefits of a big city, excellent restaurants and bars, shoppping, art galleries, all within walking distance!

Our dog, Herc, is the driving force behind our decisions, hence a huge back yard to romp and play. Boulder has all of the advantages of a big city and a rural area. The outdoor sports are unlimited, and there is selection of 30 restaurants within walking distance. Our home is casual and inviting.
