The home is clean and comfortable. We used the dining room for a strategic planning meeting with five individuals which was better than a hotel conference room. The home is centrally located and an easy walk to Pearl Street. The hot tub was large, clean and a great way to end the night. I would recommend this home for anyone traveling for both business and/or pleasure.

Thanks for a great Christmas getaway.Your location is wonderful. We walked downtown everyday and were close to some great hiking just up the road. We had fun sitting in the sunny porch room playing cards and enjoyed the beautiful view out the back of the snow and sunshine. I think summer would be a great time for this house because of the big backyard and gas BBQ. the house was clean and orderly. We look forward to our next visit to Boulder.

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend in Boulder staying at this home. Carol Ann is an excellent host. It's in a beautiful old neighborhood and is close(walking distance) to Pearl St. and hiking trails. We cooked our Thanksgiving meal in this great kitchen and enjoyed our efforts in the lovely dining room. When it was warm we sat out on the patio in the backyard. The property is clean and nicely decorated. Having a bathroom upstairs and down is a nice convenience. It was more than room enough for us(five adults). The guys especially loved the big tv for their football viewing.

Myself and a group of friends rented this house for a girl's getaway/reunion weekend. We LOVED the yard. We LOVED the hot tub. The location to the mall and campus was exactly what we needed. We parked the car on Friday and didn't touch it again until Sunday. We were able to enjoy a nice relaxing dinner that we grilled on the BBQ on Friday night. It was so nice to be able to hang out in the yard / BBQ and play catch up. The dinning room that is adjacent to the back patio is a very happy sunny room. The perfect setting to sit and chat and play catch up. The added touch of the surround sound system was appreciated by all. The bathrooms were nice and clean / loved the overhead rain shower in the upstairs bathroom. All the bedrooms were super comfy and the couch in the living room offers a really nice sleeping area as well (complete with cozy blankets). So happy that we decided to rent this house instead of checking into a hotel for the weekend. This property played a big part in making our weekend very special.

Sorry, Can't be positive about this one. We have rented VRBO's all over the world. There are different standards and expectations everywhere you go, however, cleanliness is EXPECTED. This home is in a beautiful spot in Boulder. We were there for six days with our family, however, no one felt comfortable sitting on the filthy sofa in living room, and the bedrooms were stark, dark, and less than inviting or comfortable. (one "bedroom" is a bed on the floor) For the price, felt that the home should have adequate lighting (like bedside lamps, for pete's sake) and a good cleaning (woodwork, furniture, windows, doors)...just was not a comfortable place to be.
Owner response:we have a new cleaning service, please be sure to let us know upon check in if there are any issues.

I loved the location more than anything! Owner was super easy to work with and available. The yard it great and space was adequate for a family of four and our nanny! The stairs were a little steep, so I'd only caution for very young children and much older renters!

We had such a great time at your place. The backyard patio was the perfect place to have everyone get together and relax. It was a fabulous house, beautiful historic district and perfect weather. Thank you for arranging all this for our visit to Boulder. It is now one of our favorite places in the US. I realize, though, we were there just prior to the influx of student population. If you need any recommendations for your place, please feel free to contact me. Thanks for everything, Catherine

The house was comfortable and suited our needs well. Luxurious backyard and lovely neighborhood. The condition of the house did not not fully meet our expectations: the dishwasher was unusable, the dishes in the cabinets were not clean, there were no instructions about use of the alarm system or other features, most drawers and closets contained the owner's personal belongings. The owner did not return our deposit in a timely way, violating her own agreement. The property was pleasant; we were not happy with the responsiveness of the owner.
