We have two spectacular ocean view villas for you located within the most exclusive area of Palmas del Mar resort. Each villa is approx. 5,000 sq feet distributed throughout 6 floors. They are set atop of a hill where you can appreciate the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains.
The villas are your perfect choice not just for small families who are looking for comfort at a great price but also for large parties who wish to book their villas next to each other.
They each have 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, private elevators for easy access to all levels, private pools, several living rooms, 6 balconies, 2 large terraces, and they share a back yard. The Master bedrooms are located on the highest level of the villas where you can appreciate the best view to the ocean. The master bedrooms have huge walk-in closets and large living room areas completely furnished. The master bedrooms have a second balcony overlooking El Yunque Rain Forest. The master bathrooms are a must see! They are decorated in cream colored marble tiles, with a jacuzzi & an open shower for a relaxing bath after a fun filled day. The large glass windows in the bathrooms overlook the mountains and the resort. Beautiful!!
On the fifth floor, you will find a small sitting area and a balcony with a view. This level has two large bedrooms with full entertainment for the family. Villa I is equipped with a tv, a DVD library with over 150 movies, an X-Box with over 75 games, and approximately 16 board games for the whole family to enjoy. The east side of this floor has a huge terrace overlooking the ocean. The terrace is fully furnished with modern outdoor furniture to relax and sun bath bath while sipping your favorite tropical drink. This area is excellent for entertaining a large group of people or simply a romantic getaway.
The main living area of the villa is on the forth floor--intelligently designed to appreciate the beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains. Here you will find a large living room and dining room decorated with modern-style furniture. The kitchen has granite countertops and it is fully equipped with stainless steel ampliances. It has an ample balcony and a sitting room area to enjoy the ocean view. The patio/pool terrace, 1/2 bathroom, private pool, and a large backyard is located towards the west side of this floor.
There are 2 large bedrooms located on the third and second level of the villa. Both rooms are quite ample and each has its own private bathroom and balcony overlooking the ocean. Again, wisely designed to offer more privacy and comfort to everybody in the family.
The villas are also prepared to take your entertainment outside with golf carts, kayaks & bikes.

Don't miss out, it's lot's of fun & who knows if your lucky, you may be able to catch a ride. If you prefer boating and water sports, you may want to visit the marina to sign up for a catamaran trip or a scuba diving/snorkeling adventure. Naturelovers, wouldn't it be great to spend the day horseback riding through the beach? Why not visit our new equestrian center and sign up for a horseback riding trip! And, for all you golfers and tennis fans, Palmas is definitely THE PLACE TO BE! We have a beautiful golf club and spa, as well as a tennis club with a beautiful pond and outdoor play center for kids. Both clubs have restaurants that serve delicious meals. Highly recommended. Hey joggers, walkers, and bikers you have lucked out. Palmas has miles of fun trails, so don't forget to bring your IPods.

We completed construction of the villas in late 2006 and had them rented corporately since then. My husband and I, recently decided to furnish the villas and post our properties as vacation rentals for others to enjoy as much as we do. When we feel stressed from our daily routines, we drive a short 45 minutes from the city to escape to paradise. We trully love our beach villas and we hope you enjoy your stay and come back soon!
