Maria, this place is amazing! We had a fabulous family reunion and don’t want to ever leave here. Super luxurious-- from the views, to the amenities, to the gorgeous paintings, furniture and floors. This place has it all! We loved the kayaks, the private beach, the golf cart rides and the afternoons in the pool. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. You are a great host, so attentive and gracious. We will definitely come back.

Thank you for everything. We had a wonderful time! We couldn’t ask for a better get away. We highly recommend Pura Vida restaurant. The food and staff were great. Especially the crème brulee!! We just wish we had booked a longer trip. We will be back! Also, Palmas del Mar Transport & Tours was awesome!

Thanks for sharing your beautiful home. Ocean views, private beach. An elevator in the house. Awesome! Favorite part is the kitchen with an ocean view. From Phoenix, Arizona, we are six families with Primerica Financial Services won a trip to Puerto Rico. We decided to come a few days early to enjoy the sites. We enjoyed it here & will recommend it. Thank you! The effort & love your family has put into this place flourishes through the entire home (not house). It feels like a home with all the warmth. Every little detail, from the construction, the plan layout & the decoration are exquisite. From the fosile floors to the paintings, make this place an elegant upscale setting. We loved the 6 floors (with elevator) & enjoyed all the extras of the house. Saw lots of the sights of Puerto Rico – Rain Forest, Dry Forest, San Juan, Bio-Bay. The best part of our trip was missing the 7 inches of snow and single digit temps in Ohio. Loved the sun & sand. Thanks for sharing your home!

My group of 10 (my family and my sister's family and our dad) which included boys age 10 and 13, girls aged 17, 19 and 20 and 5 adults including a senior aged 70 stayed at this house from December 11-18th, 2011. We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner, Maria, was very helpful as she lives close by. The house is close to a nice beach that we had all to ourselves so we spent mornings there and then went to the Beach Club in the afternoon and everyone enjoyed these options. Beach #1 on the map the Maria provides is best and it is a shot walk or golf cart ride (cart included with rental) from the house. There is good shelling there and it is a nice place to swim and lay in the sun. In the afternoons we hit the beach club which was also included in the rental price and it has a water park for the kids (the boys really enjoyed the slides) as well as a nice pool with volleyball and basketball and a large beach front area for swimming. This was a great amenity but you have to drive or take the cart as it is not close to the house but that was fine for us. The Palmas development was under some financial issues but the homeowners came together and now run the PAC (Palmas Athletic Club) that provides the Golf, Tennis and Beach Club. They just opened everything up under the new ownership in December 2011 so things were still being worked out like the guest passes for the Beach Club so make sure to get this in order ahead of time so you have access to the Club as it is very nice. We also took trips to El Yunque, Bio Bay Kayaking in Fajardo, Old San Juan, Bacardi Rum Factory and a long day trip to Gaunica to the dry forest. All were well worth the trip. I placed reviews of these as well as a few restaurants under the name "Buckeye Travel" on Trip Advisor if you want to check these out. You can grovery shop in Humacao at Sams Club, Wal Mart or Ralphs. They are located just two exits North from the Palmas Exit on 53. WalMart has the best prices but a limited selection so you may want to go there first and pick up what you can and then hit Ralphs for the other items as the house is fully stocked for cooking and we at a lot of meals in the house to save a few bucks. Driving can be a challenge as you have to learn the Purto Rican way to drive so just go with the flow and be prepared to butt your way in when needed if the traffic is bad and you cant get to the lane you want to go to or cross on coming traffic. Overall a great house and a great trip!

The house was excellent! The unit is amazing and at first a little breathtaking when you approach it. It was as if you had a little mini hotel at your disposal, each guess is almost given their own floor. The owner was very nice and easy to work with and I would recommend the unit to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico.

Maria, We had a wonderful Puerto Rico vacation. Your beautiful house was the perfect “home base” for the 6 adults & 2 children over 8 days. Well we leave today and wish we had another week. Definitely need 2 weeks to see and enjoy everything Palmas has to offer. We had teenagers and a 6 year old and they were always busy either in the pool or going to one of the many beaches. We will be back really soon. I am starting to plan our next stay. Two families shared your lovely villa – 4 adults & 6 kids! We loved hanging on the beach at the Beach Club- as well as shell seeking at your neighborhood beaches. Having access to the golf cart was terrific! This part of Palmas del Mar is the prettiest – you are so lucky to have this spot! Thank you for sharing with us. My family and a couple friends (6 adults, 2 kids) stayed here in January/February 2010. We’ve stayed at a number of different places at Palmas del Mar in the past, but this was the best so far. Spectacular Ocean View Villa almost doesn’t do the place justice. The view from the backyard or the pool is exceptional and definitely a highlight. It was the perfect place to relax with a book. The area where this place is located is quite and out of the way, which was nice. There are a number of beaches within close proximity, and a couple really nice ones. Make sure you get directions to the closest beach as we found it to be the nicest. The house itself is exactly as described in the ad, and the pictures are accurate. Each room has its own AC unit which is nice. Maria was very helpful and made sure we new the best places to get groceries and other necessities. I have to agree with the other reviewer; we loved everything about the place and are planning to come back next year.

We spent two wonderful weeks with our family and this home was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us and excellent for entertaining. We hosted a party with over 60 guests and there was lots of space for all! However the best part of all were our gracious hosts Maria Eugenia, Marcos, Dennis & Marc Jr. They are absolutely like family and made sure any issues were taken care of immediately. This is definitely the Best Kept Secret in Palmas! We will be back!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. Maria was very responsive to all of our needs and all of us felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We enjoyed a 4-hour trip to Vieques with Captain Matthew out of the marina and although the surf was a bit choppy, did some snorkeling and explored the beach. We stayed at this beautiful property in July 2009 for 1 week. We loved everything about the property. There is lots of space to entertain and have fun. All of the rooms were very nicely decorated and had comfortable, well chosen furniture. We used the pool every day and it was even more fun for the kids with the pool toys and floats that were provided by the owners. Speaking of the owners, Marie and her husband, were most gracious with their time to help us become adjusted to the home and its ammenities. They were available at all times for anything as little as a suggestion for a restaurant reservation to information regarding the traffic to the airport and the best route to take to the airport on our last day. They welcomed us and made us feel like their home was our home.

Thank you so much for sharing your large, lovely, luxurious home! This has been a perfect vacation for our family and we plan to return soon with our extended family. The amazing views of the ocean and of the private beach cove greeted us each morning and energized us during the day. The large kitchen made cooking meals fun and economical. The beaches in las Palmas del Mar are beautiful and the golf cart made getting to all of them easy and fun. Our visit to El Yunque was a high light as well as our snorkeling trip to Vieques.
