This is a great 1800 sq ft house in Bermuda Dunes Country Club - home of the Bob Hope Classic Golf.
It is an entertainer's delight, with a built-in bar-b-que with eating area, a separate covered seating area by the pool, and additional patio tables. The pool jets shoot streams of water into the pool, and the spa flows over the rocks into the pool. The master bedroom and living and family rooms open to the pool and spa - inviting soothing water sounds. The living room sports a large (61 inch) flat-screen TV, a DVD player and VCR.
Although there are plenty of activities nearby - you won't want to leave this house.

We enjoy the desert weather - both the heat of the summer and cool winter evenings. This house is in the world-known Bermuda Dunes Country Club, affords privacy and is gated. We are retired and live here when not rented.
Why the Owner Chose Bermuda Dunes
We enjoy the gated country club, and the desert area. We have owned property in the Coachella Valley for over 10 years, and like this particular area. It is close to shopping, outdoor activities, and entertainment. This particular house is very comfortable and easy to maintain. We have recently put in ceramic tile flooring where carpet had been, and updated the pool filtering system.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The pool is very inviting, especially during the summer when it is so hot outside. The cool water is very refreshing. The pool/spa is filtered using salt instead of clorine, therefore, no clorine smell on body/clothes and dry skin. In the evenings, during the summer or winter, the spa invites a soothing and hot soak.
