Indulge yourself in lazy afternoons and tranquil evenings with the greatest views of the waterway. This home is located on the quaint Waterway Island in the Wild Dunes resort. With all the amenities the resort provides, this home also has a large boat dock and waterfront gazebo located on the Intercoastal Waterway. Conveniently located across from the IOP/Wild Dunes marina, this home is perfect for all recreational activities. Rent boats or other watercrafts directly across the waterway and experience the lowcountry from the inlets and waterways surrounding the Charleston area. Bring your own boat and trailer at the marina and enjoy sunset cruises, a little light fishing, or dine out on the water and many waterfront restaurants in the area.
This exquisite home is very nicely decorated for your island getaway. The hardwood floors, stainless appliances, and contemporary furnishings really finish this home and provide a relaxing environment for your stay on the island.
As you enter the foyer of the home, you are immediately greeted by the panoramic views of the waterway from all the windows conveniently located throughout the rear of the home. The main floor has a very open floor plan offering the same views from the living, dining and kitchen areas. This main living area is wrapped with two large screened-in porches with ceiling fans, that is perfect at all times of the day. The soothing breezes and breath-taking views will define you island vacation. Step down to the dock that leads out to a waterfront mesh gazebo complete with chairs and a hammock. This is the only place to enjoy every morning or evening throughout your vacation. This also leads out to the 40' boat dock located on the corner of the Intercoastal Waterway and the Wild Dunes waterway. The IOP/Wild Dunes marina is conveniently located directly across the inlet with all of your boating, fishing, and recreational water sport's's needs.
The Master bedroom has a large King(K) bed, sitting area and porch access to the first floor porches. Along with a TV and ceiling fan, the master also has a large master bath area complete with a jacuzzi tub and dual shower with several wall jets. The utility room is also located on the first floor in the hall along with a half bath. The second floor contains three more bedrooms. There is a King(K) and Queen(Q) bedroom each with private baths. The fourth bedroom has two full-size beds(D)(D) and a private bath. The queen and double bedrooms also have access to the second floor porch overlooking the waterway and inlet.
This home comes complete with 350-count Egyptian cotton linens, all kitchen appliances and supplies needed, wireless internet, and the Wild Dunes Sports Card. You will have access to all of Wild Dunes amenities such as the two championship golf courses, multiple tennis courts, Spa & Salon, fitness center, kids camps, and the Wild Dunes swim center. You will also have access to the Pavilion areas and pools after 6pm. These amenities may have fees for use through Wild Dunes, but you will have access to everything with our included sports card.
