The shops and restaurants of Carmel-by-the-Sea are a fifteen minute stroll away, the white sands of Carmel Beach are a mile and a half away, and the world famous Pebble Beach Resort is 3 miles away.
From every room of this three bedroom, two and one-half bathroom home you will find yourself being drawn to the mesmerizing Pacific blue water ocean views through floor-to-ceiling windows and doors. This bright and cheery two story, 2,000 square foot, home will comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the two guest rooms feature a queen and two twins in a trundle bed. The master bedroom suite features a fireplace, bathroom with dual sink vanity, separate shower stall, and jetted soaking tub with gorgeous ocean views. The vibe of this contemporary home is felt throughout from the gorgeous hardwood floors, open beam and natural wood plank ceilings, recessed and sophisticated tracked lighting, and marble in all the bathrooms including a stylistic modern art glass and stainless steel sink in the guest bathroom.
The gourmet kitchen features a generous bar height granite slab wraparound counter with bar seating, a 48” dual oven Wolf gas range with indoor grill & ventilation hood, a Bosch dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave, refrigerator and portable center island for food preparation.
The open living room floorplan offers a relaxing atmosphere. Cozy up around the fireplace! For your viewing and listening pleasure satellite broadcast is available on flat screen TVs throughout and there is WiFi, a DVD player and CD player. The ocean facing deck is an extension of the living space and features steamer lounge chairs and a stainless steel barbeque. There is car port parking for one vehicle, driveway parking for a second vehicle and adjacent off-street parking.
This property is non-smoking and the owners kindly request no pets.
All bed and bath linens are provided as well as an initial supply of soap and paper products. There is full-size washer and dryer on site. There are at least one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person plus extras. There will be enough soap and paper products to get you started comfortably.
It is the philosophy of Monterey Bay Property Management that you should need to bring nothing with you except your clothes, toothbrush and groceries when you are a guest in our vacation rental homes.

We bought this house 9 years ago after spending a weekend exploring Carmel and falling in love with the town. 4 years ago we had a baby and no longer have the time to enjoy it.
