Year Purchased: 2002
Milt and Terri love Carlsbad Village and own or manage 4 condos at the same great, small Village complex.
We also love Maui and own 2 Ocean View condos on South Maui, Kihei (VRBO).
Location means a lot. Both Maui and Carlsbad are located near shopping, restaurants, activities and a Great Beach.
We split our time in both location.
