Year Purchased: 2002
Milt and Terri love Carlsbad Village and own or manage 3 condos at the same great, small Village complex.
We also love Maui and own 2 Ocean View condos on South Maui, Kihei (VRBO).
Location means a lot. Both Maui and Carlsbad are located near shopping, restaurants, activities and a Great Beach.
We split our time in both location.

Travelling from Scandinavia to a sunny California this was a wonderful place to stay for a family with teenagers. A clean and comfortable place, feeling safe we enjoyed the beach, the apartment and the surroundings for two weeks. Making all the sightseeing we planed and more, took surf lessons and enjoyed BBQ dinners "at home". Definitely a place to return to. Will recommend Carlsbad to all who want listen :-)
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
