Standard Season: Oct 15-May 15 .. $195/night (plus 7% accommodations tax)
Prime Season: May 16-Oct 14 .. $295/night (plus 7% accommodations tax)
$80 cleaning fee. $250 refundable security deposit.
Minimum 3 night stay required (Prime Season). 7th night free with weekly rental.
Cancellations required at least 45 days in advance with $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 44-15 days in advance will incur one night's rental as fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days will be charged entire rental cost as fee,
unless the unit is subsequently rented to another party.

Why the Owner Chose Columbia Falls
Montana is special in the summer. Mild climate, great outdoor activities including our 4 and a half star (Golf Digest) course. And winters are special too. We're about 25 minutes from the lifts at Whitefish (previously Big Mountain) Mountain. Most of all the pace of life is slower; and there's time to enjoy the beautiful Montana scenery.

For golfers, this location is really neat. This house is on the 9th fairway, close to two practice putting greens, green grass driving range. Guests receive 25% off the greens fees at Meadow Lake. Within a short walk there's a wonderful restaurant, two swimming pools, exercise facilities and a day spa.
Owner's Map of Columbia Falls
We own the golf course at Meadow Lake Resort in Columbia Falls, and still live on-site at a new condominium. We're golfers, play some tennis and bridge. Every summer the family (now 9 grandchildren) find their way here for golf, tennis and hikes in Glacier Park.
