Bobby and Denise Daniels are the owners of Natural High. We were both born and raised in the area. We have raised two children here and still love it as much as we did when we were growing up. We enjoy having friends and family get together's at the beach when Natural High is not rented.

This is a little slice of heaven, and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beach retreat! Denise is a great and her family was very welcoming to us! If you want a relaxing day to lay on the beach or collect shells...this is the place. If you're looking for a place to get away from the kids and have a romantic weekend...this is the place. If you're looking to explore more of the coast and what is has to offer...this is the place. If you're looking for a place to lay your head before a trip to over to Ocracoke...this is the place. We love Natural High!

Denise, It has been a few weeks since I'm back to the real world. Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. What a great memory! Natural High is absolutely a private, lovely paradise and peaceful. We enjoyed every minutes of it and your hospitality is beyond words. Love those seafood in that town. Thanks for the great Friday night event and for having us be a part of it. We enjoyed meeting you, your family and the local friends from Cedar Island. LOVED everything about Cedar Island specially you fine folks. Thanks for having us!

Altho the location was exceptional, the quality of service was beyond compare. The facilities were above average, more than 8 sleeping, We were there in July, 2011, the hottest time in history, and the AC preformed better than I had dreamed. We slept comfortably, and the facility stayed cool all day long. Outdoor entertainment was unbelievable, kids and adults alike. Upon leaving I, in the surf, a child about 4 yrs old running in the surf with her border collie in pace. I had an exceptional good time and the name " Naturan High" is fitting. For us "Towners" the stars were out and you could inpress your kids with your limited knowledge of astomony..

my family visited natural high upon my daughters graduation from high school this past june. it was a perfect fit for us-my husband and i along with three teenagers. the location being right at the ferry landing was wonderful and made it easy to hop on for a day visit to ocracoke. the property was exceptionally clean and furnished with all linens-including beach towels and beach chairs! we spent our days enjoying the sun, sand and water! mornings were so peaceful watching the sunrise. i personally loved the view from the upstairs deck-the sunsets were breathtaking! we had the opportunity to meet some of the locals nearby and join in for a delicious fishfry dinner! we had a great time. a perfect getaway vacation! would recommend to all of my friends! plan on going back again soon!

The property was impeccably clean and well maintained. It had everything we could have ever needed. The only extras we needed was food which we were able to get on our way into Cedar Island. The owners were so nice and available if we needed any questions answered. The shoreline was basically ours for the whole week in that the area is quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute we were there and will definitely return.

Myself and a group of friends stayed at Natural High for a girls' weekend away. We had an absolute blast. The place was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the scenery and getting away from the nuances of life. We spent all day lounging on the beach and watched sunset on the roof top deck. The screened in porch was a great retreat for reading and napping. The people we met were all really friendly and we had a great time hanging out with the locals. Just at the end of the path is a restaurant, which was great when we didn't feel like cooking. I would recommend this rental for anyone who is looking for a retreat either with friends or family.
