It is away from the high traffic area of downtown Destin. At the same time the Boardwalk area is within walking distance. The Aquarium, The Crab Trap and other restaurants are just a stroll away. Getting to the Okaloosa Island area is a breeze of a drive even from Illinois. Of course the Fort Walton/Okaloosa Regional airport is available if you would like to fly.
