The Camelot Resort is located right in the heart of downtown Myrtle Beach at 20th Avenue and N. Ocean Blvd. Right across the street is a Starbucks and Papas fine dining. Right beside the resort is Bummz beach cafe that provides food, drinks and live entertainment. The new boardwalk is completed..you will love it. It starts at 14th Ave. and is a mile long. The new skywheel is now open!

Our condo is on the 16th floor and has 2 queen size beds and a sleeper sofa.. Provided for your entertainment I have added a DVD player, a new flat screened t.v. in family room, playstation 2 with games, bookss, board games, boogie boards, beach chairs and a pack and play which can be used as a crib or play pen.
For your outdoor pleasure there is a gigantic 90 foot indoor heated pool, an oceanfront 60 foot outdoor pool, kiddie pool with a mushroom waterfall and an oversized sandbox on the pool deck. There are two generously sized hot tubs and a gorgeous oceanfront lawn for sunbathing.
The condo is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shopping, this will save you alot on gas!
The Camelot also has an onsite fitness facility, convenience store, game/computer room, a printer, internet access and a guest laundry and play area.. Towels and linens are provided!
When leaving please bring the keys and the parking pass to the front desk and have a safe trip home!

Why the Owner Chose Camelot by the Sea
As a family we like diversity. We love being directly on the ocean but also the fact that there is so much to do right in walking distance of this condo. We live in the suburbs and have to drive to everything. We all love that we can walk to so much. The restaurants, the shopping, ( some great outlets ladies!) the fishing pier, just 4 blocks down the beach with a great seafood restaurant on the ocean and so much more. For all you golfers, the area is just a short drive to some of the best golf ever.. . After a long day on the beach dont forget to end your active day in the muscle soothing hot tub!!! You just cannot beat the location! My kids love it! That says a lot when vacationing with teenagers.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Wake up and feel the ocean breezes as you sip your coffee and watch the day begin on the beach. Its majestic. The condo is just 2 minutes from the Convention Center, Broadway at the beach, the Hardrock Cafe, Nascar speedtrack amusement park , Ripleys aquarium and the Imax theater. As mentioned for all you fisherman the fishing pier is just 4 blocks down the beach with a great seafood restaurant. The Camelot Resort was voted the best Myrtle Beach resort for 2 years straight from 2006-2007. I have provided a fully stocked kitchen with lots of extras such as board games and a playstation 2 with plenty of games. I know that even though the kids are away they like to do the things they enjoy at home, especially after a busy day on the beach. If you do not want them to play just hide it in the closet or a drawer.

Hello my name is Susan and welcome to my beautiful condo at The Camelot By the Sea Resort. My husband Glenn and I purchased this condo in 2007. We have 2 children ages 17 and 12 and 2 dogs. Glenn is a Eye Doctor and I manage the practice and now I have decided to take some of my management skills and manage our vacation rentals. My number one priority is to have every guest feel at home and have a great memorable vacation. I will go above and beyond to be sure that happens.

My husband and i spent xmas week at this condo, it was everything we needed, the views were spectacular, the weather great. We spent much of our time sitting on the balcony enjoying the warm sun and we actually spotted dolphins swimming north, ( a little confusion on their part perhaps!!) All in all it was a great trip. Thanks

My wife and I spent a week at this 16th floor Camelot by the Sea condo. A wonderful place to stay. The view was awesome, and we loved hanging out on the balcony (fantastic view -- right on the ocean) with a glass of wine and the beauty of the ocean below. We could walk (and did walk to) a variety of great restaurants and bars. The condo is clear, bright, updated and roomy. Usually how a place actually looks is a few grades below the pictures on the website. This is not the case here -- the pictures don't do it justice (especially the view). Really nice swimming pool, jacuzi, lazy river and lounge chairs on the grass by the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Susan, "Thank You" so much for sharing your condo with our family! Your condo was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to so much! We enjoyed ours days at the ocean and our evenings walking the boardwalk and the strip. The resort itself, was very enjoyable. The pool area was clean and well supervised, and the best part...they provided guests with pool towels. Nice surprise! Susan is amazing to work with; she really does put forth the extra effort to make your stay memorable. We will stay here again and most definately reccomend this unit to our friends! Thank You for sharing your condo with us!

Enjoyed the condo especially with the hard wood floors. Very clean upon arrival but missing bath towels, which were delivered as soon as the owner was notified. I was pleased with the condo and the location. Would rent from again! Thank you Susan!!

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for a few years now, and this is the first time we didn't rent directly from the hotel, and Ii can definitely say we will continue to do it this way! Not only did we save probably $500 by renting through Susan vs. the Hotel, but she provided the room with so many extras that you wouldn't have had otherwise. The room itself is beautiful with new hardwood floors in the bedroom and living room, and you can tell the walls are freshly painted. The location is great too! only a short walk down the beach to the new boardwalk. We probably drove about 1/2 as much as we normally do because of all the great things within walking distance. The only thing i can say the room might be lacking is some sort of lock box to put things in when we go down the the beach. Other that that this was a great room and we will more than likely return for another stay with Susan's condo!

We stayed at your condo this year for our family vacation and what a beautiful stay we had. Not only did your condo provide us with everything that we needed, but the location of your condo is perfect. Right on the beach, six wonderful pools, walk to the pier & new boardwalk, which offers tons of shops & restaurants, Starbucks right across the street and the best burger place around, River City Cafe. I have two boys, 10 & 17 and there was so much to keep them busy and they both had a wonderful time. We would love to come back next year. Thank you Susan for allowing us to have a terrific and affordable vacation.

Plenty of things to keep them busy and they so enjoyed all of the pools and the spectacular beach. We would love to rent & return to your condo next year. My family stayed in this condo over Easter break. We had a fantastic week! The condo was much larger than I had anticipated with lots of closet and drawer space. It was convenient location within walking distance to several restaurants and the pavillion area. The wireless internet was wonderful, and my son was even able to connect his xbox live which made his week. Susan was wonderful to deal with and I will look forward to staying here again in the future.

We spent three months in Susan's condo and we couldn't be more pleased with our choice. Susan's condo is tastefully decorated and well maintained. As snowbirds from Canada, we find Myrtle Beach a nice place to stay in the winter and we were lucky to find Susan on VRBO. We will certainly be back and highly reccomend Susan as an ideal and responsive person to deal with.
