This hand crafted Chalet style home is centered in the "Banana Belt" of the Hamilton Branch inlet to Lake Almanor, protected from the winds of the open lake.
Located right across the inlet from the peaceful sound of falling water, you can relax on the deck and enjoy watching the Eagles and Osprey fish. Ask anyone that knows Lake Almanor fishing and you will be told that this is arguably the best fishing in the West! You can fish right off our private dock which is located right in the middle of one of the most popular fishing spots!
This home is a charming 1800+ S/F, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, plus a bedroom/loft area with foldout couch. Enjoy the very spacious entertainment size sunken living room watching your favorite DVD's or Dish TV on the wonderful 60" TV screen. A few steps up leads to the dining room and an adjoining large built in custom bar with captains chair size bar stools, all this is located just off the kitchen.
Stairs, steps and the steep waterfront, require that toddlers/children be supervised 24/7 on this property. It is not suitable for unsupervised toddlers/children. It is extremely accommodating and desirable for entertaining responsible adults.
Maximum Occupancy 6 + 2 extra. The three Full beds provide sleeping for 6. Sleeping for 2 extra provided on a Queen Air Bed @ $200/wk extra.
