This home was purchased because of its perfect location, quality construction and wonderful custom woodwork, the beautiful lake, wonderful forests, close proximity to Lassen Volcanic National Park, and easy access all year. Its a quiet location and very serene community. The drive through the Feather River Canyon (HWY 70) to Lake Almanor is spectacular all year.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The "white water" sound of the falling water is very peaceful and provides a certain amount of protection from any other noise along the waterfront.
