Our family had a great holiday on the island. This was the perfect rental for our family - a retreat for college students to study, beautiful views, and a great location. We enjoyed long walks outside, and the lovely accommodations inside.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+.

We had a wonderful two weeks here in March. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The view of Puget Sound to the west and of the Olympic Range on a clear day is spectacular. I would agree with the owner, that it is probably not the best choice for a family with small children due to the high bank waterfront and also in consideration of the many beautiful antiques and accessories inside the house. We found it clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the basics and then some. I write this glowing report with mixed feelings since I want to be available for us the next time we come. Now I’ve told the world about our secret. Oh well, if you come and rent it, please keep it nice for us. Thanks.

Spectacular! The house is absolutely beautiful! The attention to detail makes the stay so relaxing and comfortable. But having the eagles nesting in the tree in the yard overlooking the water -- honestly how did you manage that?! Thank you so much Constance!
