North Shore is AWESOME for anyone who want's to get away from the crowds and hustle-bustle of Waikiki. And, Turtle Bay Villas are the BEST place to stay in North Shore! We loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful, spacious, luxurious villa. This villa with the dual Master bedrooms was perfectly configured and plenty spacious for our two families (9 total). I have to mention that the view from the lanai is postcard PERFECT! I can't think of any better way to start the day than sitting on the lanai, listening to the tropical bird, while sipping my POG (Passion Orange Guava juice) and looking through the swaying palm trees out to the beautiful, white sand beach. Now that's paradise! This Villa is decorated and stocked with only top-quality items. Everything you could possibly need is included. The gourmet kitchen is very well-supplied. We had a blast with of all the toys in the beach closet - it was so nice not to have to bring or rent all those items. There was plenty of laundry supplies, dish soap, towels, high-quality bedding, bathroom supplies - in fact, I can't think of a single thing that we needed that we didn't have available. I felt like I was living like a super-star for the week. We all really enjoyed the separate pool just for the Villa guests. It was much more peaceful, the water was a better temperature, and the chairs were much more comfortable than the main resort pool. We didn't even realize how spoiled we were until one day when we had to use the main pool while the villa pool was being repaired. After that we were extra thankful to have access to the villa pool. The only slight problem we had was not being able to get the key right away when we first arrived because we couldn't get ahold of the property manager. But after that, we had a flawless week in this gorgeous villa. Thanks Mike for helping to making our vacation unforgetable! We can't wait to return! I should also mention that during the planning stages, Mike was always very responsive and full of great tips for our vacation. I would definately rent from him again. One note: Villa guests who rent from private owners are not technically entitled to use the resort facilities (fitness center, beach chairs, etc) but we were able to sneak into the fitness center and snag a few beach chairs anyway. SHHH! :-)
