Hello my name is Jared Adame. Born and raised in San Diego. Grew up in Bonita. I always loved the beach. Finally when i got old enough I bought a place on the beach. I just had a baby boy and decided to move to the suburbs (closer to family) and raise a family.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Beach
If you live in San Diego you need to live by the beach. I found this condo in 1998 right before the market sky rocketed. What a great investment. I enjoyed it for 10 solid years. well its time to go up raise my family and share (while making some extra money) my great location with others.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Where do I begin. Its literally across the street from a small almost private beach. You are about a 10 min walk to downtown Ocean Beach (restaurants, Bars, and fun) where the longest pier on the west coast lives. Its about 15 min drive from the Air Port, 20 min drive to the Gas Lamp (downtown San Diego), and 15 min to the zoo. 5 min. to Sea World, and just a beach away from Pacific beach, mission beach (roller coaster). on the other side of the hill is Point Loma and the Cabrillo monument. You are in the middle of it all!
